The pharmacist with black hair, brown eyes, Jones, I think his name, has absolutely no manners. He is rude and arrogant! There was a mistake on his end, and he was trying to point fingers, blame shift instead of helping. They misspelled my last name, and he said, "Why didn't you check it?" Saying it was my fault. The computers are behind the counter, behind protective glass, not visible/rotated towards the customer. The man has no logic. Extremely rude and unprofessional. He talks down to a pharmacy technician in front of all the customers. Understaffed, bad performance. Extremely slow everything! All the people in line are complaining.

Terrible customer services and terrible prices on nearly everything. Open 24/7 so that’s good but it sucks and the pharmacy staff in particular Zach G are terrible aweful miserable people

I can't think of 1 thing you guys need to improve on. My experience was AWESOME! This particular CVS store is the NICEST I've E-V-E-R been to. And I've been to so many in my lifetime.This is what makes this store stand out above the rest:-The size of the store; the spaciousness! Holy wow! You could walk freely up and down the aisles. No bumping into people or their carts, enough space for you to bend down to look at a product on the bottom shelf and your booty not be in anyone's way.-The way they had their pharmacy line(s) set up was so nice and organized. There was a clear line for Pharmacy drop off and one for Pharmacy pick up. Again, TONS of space where you could properly social distance yourself if you were sick.-The Pharmacy had a private room for you to get your flu and covid shots in. And it was spacious! haha So nice.-There were ample seats and even a dedicated space with a huge desk and chairs for customers to fill out any necessary forms. Again, SO nice!-When my prescription was ready to be picked up, they announced my last name over the intercom to notify me it was ready. You could tell they had tested this process out to get the volume just right for this because, honestly, it was perfect. It wasn't one of those announcements that scares you and catches off guard when it's super loud. The voice that came out was clear to hear, calm, and wasn't rushed where you'd go "What did they say?"-Everyone at the Pharmacy I interacted with were so nice, warm and professional. None of them seemed miserable, cold or robotic like you can get at other stores.Huge applause to the 511 N. Hollywood Way store in Burbank. Y'all are doing everything right (especially at the Pharmacy). I was thinking of getting my prescriptions transferred to a store closer to me on my way to this one, but after my personal experience at this store, I'm staying with them!

Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for Covid and Flu vaccine a week in advance. The computer system cancelled my Covid booster shot without me touching it but kept my flu shot appointment. I called to make sure they still had me on the schedule. The person who answered the phone was kind and wanted to help me but said there was no record of my appointment but they had been having computer glitches and problems with the computer randomly cancelling people's appointments. He then asked the manager if I could still come in as I had proof I had made an appointment. The manager curtly and angrily said "no" that there were others with an appointment. This did not make sense nor was it an issue on my end. CVS computer system was glitching with a known problem. The manager should have tried to work something out.

I've had many visits to this location. This will be my last one. I was greeted very rudely. The customer behind walked in front of me and one of the techs persisted to help her first as if there wasn't a line people were standing in. I originally went since they sent me a message that my medicine was ready for pickup and once I got there they had no idea what I was talking about and that my medicine was not filled and ready.Rude staff, entitled customers, always way too busy...Not worth your time!

This place sucks. I tried to come in for a tetanus booster. I get that pharmacies aren't going to be the epitome of customer service but holy hell I was on hold for such long stretches while also being disconnected. I had to call about 5 times, honestly it was easier to just drive over to speak to a human being. The staff I managed to speak to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful before disconnecting the phone. They just did not seem to care and kept telling me to make an appointment online. But the appointment online asked me to confirm availability with the pharmacy. And that turned into a bunch of catch-22 bullshit.

The staff here are so incompetent and rude. It just took me 45 mins to pick up prescriptions that should've already been ready! Hate having to come to this location, but I did because the cvs where my prescription was sent caught on fire! These idiots couldn't figure out how to switch over and fill it. Smh. Never again!!!!

Out of town, decided to go to the nearest CVS Pharmacy. Big mistake! Waited over an hour for medicine. Line is super long! Avoid this CVS!!!!!!!!! Needs to be shutdown

It's amazing how one interaction with an awful person can completely change your perspective. An employee at this CVS was extremely rude, if possible you should avoid going to this CVS. It appeared she was looking for a confrontation and even after trying to apologize she wanted to escalate the situation and kept making the situation worse. I was a regular customer but will probably avoid going there in the future.

I love this CVS! I've been shopping here for 15 years. This place has the best selection and the most excellent customer service. I wish I could name every single employee here but it's impossible. The service is great, you can tell that everyone really enjoys their job. That's very refreshing! Werner is an absolute sweetheart with such a kind and positive attitude. He's incredibly funny and makes me very comfortable. The night clerks are super helpful and on point the second you step up to the registers. There's never any waiting. One thing that sticks out is that the cashiers never make me embarrassed of my purchases. They sell sensitive items here and I've never once felt uncomfortable completing my purchases. This is very important to me! Keep up the great work!

This review is for the bathrooms only. The store itself is just about like any other corporate store right now, understaffed overworked people usually. But I've seen these bathrooms periodically, and they look like they've never been cleaned the whole time I've been going to this cvs (11 years). Shouldn't a pharmacy be a little more concerned with hygiene and health?! These pics don't do it justice either...

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my entire life. At 11pm you'll still wait 40 minutes behind 3 people. Only to be told that the prescription ready for pick up you've been getting calls and e-mails about can't be located. Beyond ridiculous.. this place should be shut down.
