I'm writing as I've been on hold for over 50 minutes. When I finally got someone in the pharmacy she apologized and said they only have two people working. The last thing I want to do is deal with this understaffed store. Shame on CVS. Maybe they should pay people more to attract more workers.

CVS please correct your hours on Yelp. Your Pharmacy is Closed at 8 am and not open til 9 pm. I drove by yesterday to confirm.

Song is the most rudest employee I have never met. Blunt responses 0 customer service. Wouldn't even let me use the bathroom, I asked another worker named Sergio who let me in without questions. Sergio was amazing and helped me locate many items in the store that I needed, unlike that BITCH Song.

My daughter stopped at cvs before practice, when in the store she needed to use the restroom and was rudely declined. She has used the bathroom at this location many times. A worker by the name of Song denied her from using the bathroom because she was in high school. This is violation of a basic human right to go to the bathroom.

Some of the most rudest people I've encountered in my life. I worked pharmacy, half hospital half retail, and if my manners and retail customer service had been what I see, I'd been fired. I've been to the pharmacy to dispose of a syringe that I found & upon arriving to the Rx counter I was not acknowledged by the pharmacist or technician. Unacceptable behavior. Then the pharmacist tells me she's not going to take and dispose of my use drugs even though I told her I found the syringe and was just looking for a sharps container. I ended up at my urgent care and they took care of it professionally & promptly. So today 3 people went in before me, one man literally cutting me off. As I walked in a gal with a push cart walked right in front of me blocking me from walking. Me, not the 3 people that went in before me. No excuse me or sorry, nothing ... just minimum wage behavior. I picked up my pre-ordered items and not a thank you from them either. Again, had I of exhibited this behavior I would've lost my job.

Don't come here unless you want to waste an hour waiting for the drive thru pharmacy. Had my appointment at 5:10 and had to wait until 6:20 until I was actually helped.

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.. came in today to use the Coinstar and the sweet girl at the counter was trying to get me my cash. However the manager is vile. She was talking down to her employees, treating them like they're stupid in front of customers. Absolutely disgusting to witness. She needs be to replaced or taught a thing or two about respect and treating people like human beings.

Not only is this CVS Pharmacy easy to navigate and a friendly neighborhood store, but this CVS's Optical is fantastic. I had a disability and used a walker in the store, and when I went by the optical aisle, the optical staff went out of their way to help me find items I needed in the store, even though they didn't have to do this, as they were in optical. They gave me some giveaways from the optical department and made sure I was comfortable in the store. They have heart and compassion, and based on that alone I would highly recommend them.

It's a good and friendly neighborhood convenience store - anyone that tells you otherwise is probably out of line or having a bad day. Been coming here for 3 yrs now and there's rarely any issues.

Horrific service. My doc called in a prescription early morning after my son was in in extreme pain. I did not get notified that prescription was ready and tried calling there numerous times only to be left on hold for 20 minutes, each time and then disconnected. After a full day of not getting through, I called the customer service number on the internet, which was even worse, transfered to 3 different people, opened a case, was told someone from corp would call the next day, still no info on our prescription, a full day of watching my son in extreme dental pain. So I finally marched down there. No one was in line, I voiced my concern like a crazy banshee at that point, no one flinched or seemed concerned after I told them of my experience. Even the pharmacist, just replied, well I didn't hang up on you, as if I had a accused her when I explained about their terrible phone system, and not having the proper amount of employees to provide decent service to all the customers they want to bring in. No one from corporate called. Are you shocked? I think this is a sick, money profit, ugly company who does care about their customers. Shame on CVS, I will go to Ralphs pharmacy moving forward. And you should too.

Amazing customer...the girl at the pharmacy and the cashier I'll get their names nest but I was there today around 1-2 pm 8/26, very professional and pkeasant!

I went to go pick up a perscription at 511 Hollywood, Burbank CVS, and waited in a line of 10 to 15 people, only to be told that the perscription had been sent to the wrong CVS, and that I needed to wait in the 10 person long-drop off perscription line, then after waiting in that line, she said it would be longer since they have to call, and to "check back" in 2 or 3 hours. So I came back the next day, but it was a total waste of time. Unfortuantely, we asked the doctor to call it into that pharmacy again. Not wanting to wait in the huge line again, I am calling to check. I called first time, and after pushing 5 prompts, said to hold, then hung up on me. Called back and have been on hold.1 HOUR and 7 minutes If you can help it, don't use this pharmacy. Every where else, yelp and other reviews, give it a 2 out of 5 stars and that is probably more than they deserve. I feel that his sort of service is expected in a third world country. What has happended to the US customer service, like it used to be? That they cared. I'm transferring it to some other place. Probably the CVS in Target. So done, with the CVS on Hollywood. Won't be spending my money there anymore.

I always go to this store and give them 5s on all their surveys, but on July 3rd, I didn't have the same experience. This Pharmacist floater named Jacky has ruined all my week. Do not confuse her with Jacky the assistant manager at the front store, she is great. My horrible experience was at the pharmacy. I have left messages and replied Alenoosh to a previous email she had sent me. Also asked the supervisor to let her know about this bad experience at the RX, but it has been a week and I have not been contacted yet. Also I told Angie the pharmacist to tell her boss about this bad experience. I just need to know that this situation is not going to happen again and that this lady, which I just found out her name was Jacky, will not ruin people's peace of mind again. All I want is someone to call her attention and show her how to treat patients with respect and compassion, empathy and kindness like they always do at this CVS.
