I would give Tamra 0 star for her lack of professionalism. She refused to fill my prescription with Kaiser even though I have done this many times at cvs pharmacies before. After she learned that I know that a KP prescription can be filled at CVS, she then proceeds to tell me that I need to call KP to have them transfer it and that it would take 24 hours. Not only did she give me false information, she did not try to help at all!!!. I went to another cvs nearby and filled my prescription. Such a miserable human.

Came in here just to pick up some cosmetic lashes. Asked Fernando to unlock the security tab for me and proceeds to tell me that I don't need false lashes because my natural ones are better and how he prefers woman with natural beauty. Asks me if I have tattoos then tells me he regrets his because they make him feel tacky . Never asked for his thoughts and opinions about myself or my tattoos. Brings the wrong key as he's distracted trying to rizz or diss me . Comes back with the right ones and says " I don't even know why I told you all that " very eerie and creepy experience so unprofessional. It was late at night too be safe ladies.

CVS Pharmacy (Manager) @ 1015 N. San Fernando Rd; left me in tears and complete neglect. He was yelling and extremely angry, he said never come into my store, you are not welcomed. Growing up and getting married in Burbank helped me realize that this store only helps their kind, they have haughty looks especially, RITA. Nevertheless, my medicine was denied and it's seriously dangerous since I could have epileptic seizures if I don't take as perscribed. Additionally, the store is seldomly cleaned the front of the store and the parking lot are always dirty with urine and fecis from dogs to humans, and transiants. The Pharmacist Manager s name is Hovig.

The pharmacist (Manager Hovig) was extremely rude, and refused to fill my necessary medications., Especially, one that will cause harmful results, like epileptic seizures. He asked me not to come into his store anymore. They are Additionally, extremely rude especially , Rita... She has haughty looks... They need kindness for their patients. Hold time for me is always over thirty to forty minutes; and, they make it almost impossible to get your medications on time. They honestly, need a lot of love in that location... You leave with tears in your eyes after they treat you wrong. The walking curb and asphalt are always full of urine and fecis not sure why they don't clean the store s atmosphere. Growing up in Burbank, and getting married in Burbank makes you realize how they truly need more pharmacist s that care., Like those of the past. If you want to be treated indifferent and have a horrible day, then you are welcomed to go to this location.

Absolute garbage location, primarily for the pharmacy whose staff could not possibly be less, competent, efficient, helpful or friendly. Easily 4 out of every 5 times we go in to retrieve prescription(s), it's not ready, or there is some other problem such as, the are 'out of it.' Regardless of the fact that we received notifications saying that it WAS there and READY for pick-up. It's convenient to our home, but today was the final straw and we will be looking for another pharmacy. I highly suggest that anybody else does the same.

Came here to get some coffee, but the cans have dirt all over the spot you're suppose to drink. It's really disgusting. Unfortunately I was in a rush and had to buy one anyways and wipe it down, but the entire top tasted like hand sanitizer once I was done. Just gross. No bathrooms either to wash them.

Never use this pharmacy! They are awful at their jobs in so many ways: 1) Never properly staffed. Always long lines and one person moving at a glacial pace behind the counter. 2) Horrible customer service. If the one person behind the counter were moving at a reasonable pace, the wait wouldn't be so long. However, no one there cares about their customers' experience, so they don't make any effort to help their customers with any urgency whatsoever. Furthermore, no one takes any initiative/ownership of solving customers' problems. It's always some issue that is somehow our issue to fix rather than them trying to find a solution to us. 3) Their computer system is messed up and no one has any interest in fixing it. Every single time I've been there, there is some kind of issue with my prescription. My doctors are always baffled at whatever issue they have since these are never issues at any other pharmacy. And again, no interest or ownership in helping solve the problem, just another homework assignment for me after I've waited half an hour in the interminable line. 4) The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional. He is highly defensive and does not take any responsibility for any issues that may be occurring. He doesn't seem to realize that he is in a customer service job, and his customers are very unhappy with the job he is doing. They basically should be ashamed with themselves. Pharmacies serve an important public function, and they are failing miserably at it.

The worst place around. Stay away. I went to buy just a over the counter medicine and the cashier asked me for my phone number. I always say no in any store (wallgreen, home depot, etc) to avoid receiving so many spam messages. The cashier insisted but I refused. Then he ask me for my ID. I'm over 50 years old, and told him that is not a prescription and he refused to proceed with the sales. Very mean guy. I went to other CVS store down the street, at the cashier I refused to give my phone and she proceed with the sales, no question asked. They should hire or train better people.

F you CVS and your long azz line for prescriptions, your stupid automated phone system, your inability to ever answer the phone, your overpriced crap that is always out of stock and your dumb azz 6 foot long receipts. I hate this company and this store in particular. Ten days jacked around without my prescription.

store manager Darlene Maar stole my money, $500! I came to receive a MoneyGram money transfer, she entered all my data into the system and said that the data did not match. I asked to check again, she refused. I called the police. Because the money was stolen. Such people should not work at all! behaved very rudely and wildly! How was it even possible to hire her!!!

This location had a very loud alarm going off that was continuous and very penetrating. I'm sure it violated the regulation for noise for their employees which is unacceptable to have to work in those conditions for hours. Ear plugs would not have helped this piercing sound. This store should be reported to corporate and to the regulatory agency that controls adequate levels for employees especially indoors. I was in there for about 15 minutes and I was getting a severe headache and nauseated from the sound.

The worst customer service. My prescription was in back order for 2 weeks and they couldn't help me transfer it or expedite the order. Their response was "be patient, we are busy". How do they expect someone to go without medication for this long??? They are always "understaffed". Cool, so I'll just suffer without medication while you guys figure out how to hire people. Literally the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had.

This store had employees that are not professional or kind at all. I had been waiting for help in cosmetic department for a while when I went to ask a team member named Alfonzo and he said they're very busy and told me to look at all the people he had in front of him , and I said well you should have more staff . And he said you're right and then turned to his associate and repeated what I said while laughing. I walked back to the cosmetic department, a woman approached my daughter and I, grabbed our items and then started walking away without saying anything. Of course I was confused and I asked her if she could let us know what was going on. The woman started arguing with us saying that that was the way they've always done it. Though I had no problem with my items being brought up to the register, only wished she had communicated that instead of rudely walking away and assuming I'd know their protocol. She continued to yell at us as we're trying to walk away in front of several customers. Overall I would say both employees were extremely unprofessional and rude.

The best CVS there is. Fast, reliable and their new intern is such a nice guy my wife wouldn’t stop talking about how sweet he is. Very well informed and gave us great consultation on our antibiotics.
