I would love to give this CVS target, no stars at all for the lack of compassion, or understanding of a patient when they need a prescription fulfilled, let alone the miss information that comes out of the employees mouth at work in the pharmacy. For warning to any patients that are thinking of getting the prescriptions fulfilled here I would not go to this CVS pharmacy because they aren't fully functioning pharmacy as per one of the employees that works there let alone waiting 3 to 4 days for a prescription to be fulfilled to go into this and be told oh I can't fulfill it at all. You should be going to another CVS Pharmacy i.e. the CVS Pharmacy next to WB on Hollywood way. For warning about this location I will never ever ever ever go here again let alone the fact that they cannot fulfill prescriptions in a timely manner over passing one week and waiting for prescription. Or being told different things like oh your account Hass to be set up or we don't know when we're going to get it in or there's a good possibility it could be up to four weeks. Our prescriptions are filled by a computer, not a human being for such a corporate company and these particular locations, they are the worst of the worst

Pharmacist Tony is an exceptional, caring and knowledgeable health care professional. He continue to use the highest standard of care during the many years that we have had the privilege of knowing him at CVS - Burbank Empire. Tony goes “above and beyond” as a top notch pharmacist and is also an example of how the human touch makes a big difference. Thank you CVS!

From the time I pulled up to the drive thru window, to the time I drove away, it took 25mins to get 2 Covid tests done. I don't understand how a big brand named pharmacy is sooooooo slow at handing me 2 Covid test to take. I had 4 cars waiting behind me wondering what was going on. A few cars behind me even took off and left. It's obvious this CVS doesn't care about losing customers. Or maybe their workers just don't care about the job. It was my first time visiting this CVS and is also the last time I'll be visiting. I'm switching to Walgreens!

I don't understand why CVS offers over the counter Birth Control prescribed by a pharmacist but when I went to three separate pharmacies I was pushed to Minute Clinic? CVS needs to change their policies and say it is no longer a walk-in service if their staff is untrained. False advertising at it's finest here...

I typically go to another location, however one of my medications was out of stock. It had been out of stock for over a week. My doctor called it in to this location in hopes of being in stock. The Pharmacist on staff, Melina, told me I could not fill the medication there because she only fills this medication for her "regular" customers. She then lied and said it was a special order only medication, which it's not, and my home location was the only one that could order it. Another lie. After I called her on the contradictions she claimed it was out of stock. I called corporate and they said it showed to be in stock, she just refused to fill it. CVS has a first come, first serve policy, so she's not allowed to "save" or hold medication for "regulars." She does apparently have the right to refuse to fill a prescription, but she blatantly lied numerous times to avoid filling it. While she may be within her rights as a Pharmacist, it's still a terrible thing to do to a person whose been patiently waiting. There was nothing nefarious taking place, she just chose to be rude. Reading through the comments, she's known for being rude. The question is how long will CVS tolerate someone who is treating patients so poorly? In an age of social media and rude people going viral, how can they afford to take this chance?

Insulin is Incredibly important when you're a diabetic. I think this is something that most of us understand. But not the CVS pharmacy. They do not seem to understand that we need it on a monthly basis requiring physician approval every month. Even after the physician has given multiple refills. And they don't even call to let you know the prescription isn't available. I finally looked him right in the eye today and said what if I come home and my child is dead because of your negligence? I received a blank stare. CVS is not interested in anyone's health. I will no longer have prescriptions filled at CVS pharmacy because of their absurd policies.

Avoid at all costs during the covid situation. At any given time expect to wait for 30-60 mins in line outside of Target. Better off to go just down the street to the CVS on Victory and Buena Vista. No line, people are there for the pharmacy nor Target — can walk right in!

Vanessa is amazing! There was no line (I went at 1pm on a Tuesday) and I told her I had two prescriptions to fill and also that I had a plane to catch. She was super chill and put me at ease. She confirmed with the pharmacist that he could fill them before his break, and then told me she'd call me over as soon as they were ready. I got my meds in less than 5mins! I didn't catch the pharmacist's name but he explained the meds to me comprehensively and was pleasant. Vanessa's my girl! Thank you again!

Marina was unprofessional in rushing me over the phone because she had patients waiting. She was also quite unknowledgeable and seemingly inexperienced in customer service and about the products in which she is "trained." Frustrating ro be rushed, and given no answers, and be brushed off.

I am very disappointed in the way my husband was treated by Melena (not sure if spelled correctly) the pharmacist .. Melena crossed the line by asking husband personal questions about his health problems .. That he was not comfortable answering.... (Absolutely none of her business ) she said she was not comfortable filling his meds (if your not comfortable then don't be a pharmacist) that is not the customers problem. She called the Dr and questioned his plan of care and argued with Dr. (Mind you this lady does not have MD after her name) needless to say she had a poor attitude and was very difficult and my husband walked away filling uncomfortable and upset. This is not not the way anyone should fill just because they went to pharmacy for there meds.

Waste of time. Parking is awful. Never enough people working. Waited too long to even drop the script off then told can't check on it and come back later. I'm good, I'll stick with my normal cvs. Never had this issue before.

I moved out of Burbank and I still go here. That says something. One of the most caring people I've ever met and very quick! The pharmacists are very professional and informative. They are truly wonderful♡

As other reviewers have noted, it's no longer Target Pharmacy; it's now a CVS inside of a Target. Completely separate from Target. Target can't even transfer you to them if you phone. Completely separate phone number. Anyway, I just phoned the CVS Pharmacy there and the pharmacy tech definitely does not know her stuff. I've dealt with different CVS Pharmacies many times and, sparing detail, she basically responded that she couldn't type in an NDC (National Drug Code) number into her system to see if their supplier can get it. "We just have the generic that we carry and that's it," as though that's my only choice as a customer is the specific generic manufacturer of a particular med they have in stock. Not true; and I told her as much. She refused to look it up for me, saying "If you have a prescription, I can order it for you." Of course I do, but I'm merely calling to ask if their supplier can get Sandoz as the Mylan generic is less than desirable for me. She refused. Now I just deal with the CVS on the corner of Laurel Canyon Blvd. and Ventura Blvd. They're smarter and more conscientious at that one, at least from my experience.
