HORRIBLE! One time they filled my prescription for a new asthma medication. Instead of my asthma meds they gave me an anti diuretic. Another time I left my prescriptions for glaucoma eye drops for them to fill. After three weeks it still hadn’t been filled. I checked every other day and was told they were working on it. I went to their drive through and asked where my meds were. They kept telling me that I was confused and must have dropped my prescription off at a different CVS. I said “No” and went into the store. There were my prescriptions sitting on the counter.right where I left left them 3 weeks ago. No one had bothered to even look at them for three weeks. Take my advice: THEY SUCK. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

If 0 stars was an option, I would select that as even 1 star is too much for this rabble of a pharmacy. My rating is specifically for the pharmacy section of this CVS as I haven't dealt too much with the main retail store of this branch. The pharmacy in this CVS branch is poorly run and managed. The staff is either incompetent or just plain rude. They are slow to order and receive prescription items. There is always a long line at the prescription pick up desk and service is consistently slow. That and they get your order wrong. I gather this is probably a family-run pharmacy branch as many of the pharmacists behind the counter appear to be related and from the same mismatched & apparently lacking gene pool. I didn't gather their names but the senior pharmacist is rude, answers the phone rudely and abruptly and appears to have a "couldn't care less" attitude about everything - even your urgent medical prescriptions. Wait... isn't that the primary role of a pharmacist?? They got my prescription amount wrong, the correct order of which came directly from my specialist. I then get told by them that my insurance won't cover this prescription measure. After trying to call them directly to straighten this out, and being rudely hung up on, I decided I had to go in in-person to clear up the confusion. They misread 200 mg as 2,000 mg. I took one look at one of the other cock-eyed pharmacists there and realized why they were reading it incorrectly. And of course I had to wait 20 minutes plus in line to get to the counter to speak to them. A huge time drain which wouldn't have been necessary with pretty much any other decent pharmacist. Save yourself the hassles and go somewhere else for your pharmaceutical needs!

I was screwed by the person checking out my purchases. This person did not apply the 35% CVS discount I was given for all full-price items. to the most expensive item I purchased. So, what does this indicate? CVS cannot be trusted. Shop at your own risk.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Unhelpful and Compassionless CVS Pharmacist Rating: Review: I recently had a disappointing encounter with a CVS pharmacist named Jenny at the drive-thru pharmacy. I was in pain and desperately needed to update my insurance information to pick up my prescriptions. Unfortunately, Jenny's lack of compassion and unhelpful attitude only added to my frustration, leaving me feeling neglected and disheartened. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, Jenny's disinterested and apathetic demeanor was apparent. Instead of offering any form of empathy or reassurance, she seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I explained that I was experiencing severe pain and required medication urgently. However, rather than showing concern or attempting to expedite the process, Jenny exhibited an uninterested attitude, leaving me feeling devalued as a customer. The primary issue arose when I needed to update my insurance information. I brought my updated insurance information, my ID, and my form of payment. I expected Jenny to guide me through the process, ensuring that I could receive my medication without further delay. Regrettably, she lacked the knowledge and willingness to assist me. Instead of offering alternatives or suggestions, Jenny simply stated that she couldn't help and implied it was my responsibility to come inside in pain with my four year old and figure it out. Her lack of empathy became even more apparent when I requested additional information or clarification, as she responded curtly and dismissively. As a customer of this CVS location for over a decade, I believe it is vital for a pharmacist to be empathetic and understanding, especially in situations where patients are in pain and seeking a solution promptly. I left in tears feeling frustrated, unheard, and truly uncared for by CVS and Jenny's unsatisfactory service. It is so disheartening to encounter a healthcare professional who fails to provide the necessary support and compassion when it is most needed. Although I have had positive experiences at other CVS locations, my encounter with Jenny at this particular drive-thru pharmacy left a significant dent in my confidence in their services. I sincerely hope that CVS takes appropriate action to ensure their staff, including Jenny, receive the necessary training and development to display empathy and compassion towards their customers. Medical issues can be emotionally challenging, and no patient should feel disregarded or uncared for and left in pain when seeking assistance. In conclusion, I strongly urge CVS to address Jenny's lack of compassion and unhelpful demeanor in their drive-thru pharmacy. Patients deserve a better customer experience, especially when they are in pain and require urgent medication. After leaving in tears I called and spoke with a different CVS employee who was able to process the update to my insurance but I will have to take another trip back to the CVS and hopefully I will not run into Jenny who was the rudest person and least caring individual I have ever met. I hope the drive thru has a recording of what transpired so they can see how Jenny returned back late for lunch and unwilling to help customers. I will definitely be moving my prescriptions from this pharmacy I have enough going on in my life and I don't need a lack of empathy with my health matters.

This review is strictly for the CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist who work in that CVS are the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. In fact, the only reason that I go, there is because they have a drive up window, but they are extremely rude every time I’ve called there they cut you off. They just have an attitude like they could care less what’s wrong with you and they just want you to hurry up and get off the phone. Where is pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many.. and this isn’t just one time this is 20 or 30 times that I’ve been there to pick up medication always rude

This has to be the worst CVS I have ever encountered. My new prescription was out of stock for a couple more days at my original CVS location and they called me and helped me find another CVS that had it in stock today, I was told this location had it. I called ahead to make sure, and the woman who answered the phone at the pharmacy informed me they did not have it in stock, mind you I only gave my name. So I asked her if she could at least search under my Rx number, DOB or phone number she didn't even bother. It's obviously an important prescription, otherwise I wouldn't be looking. She finally pulled my info up and said nope sorry. And that was it. I asked if she could help me find another location in stock, since my original CVS was able to see their inventory , she didn't offer to help see when another shipment would be there, nothing. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt : maybe she isn't tech savvy to search. Yet I just called another CVS location and they had it! They even mentioned that this location has plenty in stock, and didn't understand why they would say they didn't. This lady has no empathy for people, or customer service etiquette. I wonder if she even has a credential to work in a pharmacy. This medication (not trying to air out my business like that) is so important for my health , and I need to start taking it asap. And I told her that. She still denied her pharmacy was in stock. She was rude. Whoever are you lady, I hope ur menopausal symptoms aren't as bad as mine - and one day you'll get treated this way and you'll remember how awful you were. You don't deserve to work in Healthcare

Be patient with the people behind the prescription counter speak slowly and clearly as they seem to suffer from selective hearing loss at times Everything is here though so plenty of great choices and variety Also use the coin exchange here to unload all the coins we collect on a regular basis

DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Awful customer service. They won't contact you if there's a problem with your prescription, so if you show up & you're out of medication, you're out of luck. I have a chronic seizure condition and suffered severe withdrawal issues because they were supposed to fill my prescription and hadn't told me that they needed my doctor to call them. No coherent explanations given by pharmacists - they will fill prescriptions for months and then suddenly tell you there's a conflict without explaining why. Zero empathy, the pharmacists here have no pride in their jobs whatsoever.

What really concerns me is this "pharmacy" dispenses medication to the public. From a customer service, medical and pharmaceutical knowledge, and accuracy perspective This pharmacy is really scary. I'm surprised there haven't been been any local or federal violations within this pharmacy.
