These guys are not only very skilled, they have enormous integrity. I was fully prepared to pay them to repair an old printer on which they had immediately figured out the problem and quoted me a very reasonable price. But they went out of their way to advise me that I might be able to get a brand new replacement for the printer (the one that I have has been discontinued, but there's an upgrade of it) for not much more money than they would've charged me to fix the old one. And when I did just that, they not only weren't disappointed that I wouldn't be paying them, they were elated. Because of that, I'll bring any repair jobs that I ever have to them in the future (I might even pay them to fix the old one at some point and use it as a backup), and I'll certainly recommend them to anyone that I talk to.

Had a great experience there today! It says "by appointments only" but I was able to stop by after I called them and they had our printer diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes - error said paper jam, but there wasn't any, so they found out the sensor was dislocated. Fast and efficient, highly recommend!

I have not been impressed thus far with this company. I called regarding a broken printer tray for our main office printer earlier this summer and we had a repairman come out and take a look, assuring us that he fixed the problem. A week later we call him back in when it malfunctions and he recommends we invest in a new printer tray. This was back in July that we had this initial conversation. It is now December and our company still has not had our tray replaced. When they actually did bring the tray in it did not work and they told us they'd have to order a new one. I never get follow up phone calls. I'm constantly reaching out to figure out what's going on. I wouldn't go so far as to say these people are incompetent, but I strongly recommend an improvement on their customer service skills. I was hoping that this could become a useful vendor for our company's printing needs but it's been a very disappointing experience.

Michael Simanian is the best! He helped our company with our new lease on the HP T2500. Our experience could not have been better. Everyone at Davtech is helpful, from the people who answer the phones to the technicians themselves. I will only trust Davtech for all our computer needs. Thank you Davtech!

These guys rock. Very knowledgeable and even though they don't sell what I needed, they took the time to look up the part number so I could easily find it elsewhere. THANK YOU Davtech!!!

Shortly after I got my HP laptop, one day, the battery died before I could plug it back in. Once I did plug it in, it was dead. D - E - A - D, dead; not a single light would come on. Terrified that I had somehow caused permanent damage to my shiny new laptop, I desperately looked for a repair place near my office. These guys were close by and said they'd take a look at it while I waited, so I ran over there on my lunch break. When I explained the problem, the guy said he was pretty sure he knew what happened and proceeded to not only fix it, but fix it right in front of me, explaining what he was doing, so I could do it myself if the same thing happened again. I was there for about 10 minutes total, but I happily wrote a check for $50, knowing that was the ONLY time I'd have to do it. Since then, I have not only used the fix he taught me MULTIPLE times on my own laptop, I even taught a couple of my friends the same trick, saving them a trip to the repair shop.
