Yeah, I'm choosing not to do my body work here. I have a Tesla Model 3 and came for a quote. I was a bit earlier than my scheduled time (1:00) and was told that all of the estimators were at lunch and that I'd have to come back at 1:00. Really? It seems super inconvenient that they can't schedule estimators to be available between 12-1 when most professionals would be able to come to get an estimate during a lunch break. Four estimators came back right around 1:00. I showed the estimator the work I needed done and he didn't take any pictures. Just made a couple of notes and said that I'd get a quote by the end of the day. It literally took no more than 5 minutes for that process. I didn't get a quote that day. I didn't even get one by the end of the week or month. It was December and I'm not in a hurry so I called early in January and asked about the quote. There was no record of my quote or that I had even come. Annoying. So the person who answered my call said I could send her pictures and that she'd get me a quote. I questioned that seeing pictures was enough, but whatever. I sent the pics and got an astronomical quote by the end of the day. Clearly, DC is used to a lot of business from people who go through their insurance. Thanks, but no thanks.

This place don't know what they are talking about. The receptionist says one thing and asks to speak to a manager, and he says another contradicting to the front girl. The front girl even laughed at me before she put me on hold, which was very disappointing. They expect me to leave my car there while I wait for insurance approval, which is ridiculous and unnecessary. Other shops don't do that based on my previous experiences. Clean up your act and don't talk to customers like there is only one way to do business. They don't accommodate to their customers. You welcome for writing this review.

Absolutely stellar experience with DC Autocraft in Burbank! From the moment I dropped off my car, their communication was top-notch. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, explaining everything in clear, concise terms and never leaving me guessing.But the real star of the show was their bodywork. Precision doesn't even begin to describe it. My car looks brand new again, not a single trace of the damages that were fairly prominent.And to top it all off, they had my car finished 8 days earlier than their initial estimate! Talk about exceeding expectations! If you're looking for a collision repair shop that prioritizes communication, precision, and efficiency, DC Autocraft is the clear winner. Five stars all the way!

Update - recently, my passenger window won't go up/down and therefore the pass. door won't open. It is an issue clearly related to the work that they did/didn't do on my GT3. I called DC Autocraft, and was told that they have a new GM, and that things "should be getting better". I traded emails with him, and now he is ignoring me. I have since found a shop which is much more capable and responsive, and at this point I am happy to pay out-of-pocket to have this corrected. Again, 2 stars only because of the very senior guy who did my painting, who has since retired. Rusnak is demeaning and degrading itself by affiliating with DC Autocraft.

Excellent experience! Not only they do communicate with you regarding each step that will be taken, consult you on what are the options, help however they can but also my Tesla was done 2 weeks earlier than expected! So so happy I came here and will definitely recommend to my friends a family! Thank you guys for such a prompt work! P.S. My car was returned to me very clean and smelled amazing!

I was in the Burbank area, in need of an urgent repair to a Tesla. I found DC Autocraft online, read their good reviews, so I called them. Adi took my call and was so sweet and helpful. She told me that they were very busy, and they might not have time to do my urgent repair, but she promised to check for me. I accidentally hung up on them to take another call. Within a few minutes, Adi called back. She had already spoken to her boss about my issue, and he referred me with an alternate shop that could help me with what I needed. Adi had even contacted the shop beforehand to check if they would be able to help me , and she provided me with their information by text. The fact that this company took out the time to help me, a total stranger, even though they weren’t going to get anything from it, is something I greatly appreciate. I can tell they are honest and care about their customers and people in general. Keep up the excellent customer service!!!

This place is wonderful! The team is professional, kind and extremely helpful (and they smile!) They got my car repaired in no time where other places where telling me to not expect my car for several months. I was very impressed and will definitely go back there when needed!!

Adeline, Steve, Rudy and Jordan were the ones that helped me !BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!!!!!they are very caring and take really good care of their customers. Very clean environment, very professional employees,and welcoming. Top of the line parts people and service. Every employee I met was amazing from the front of the office to the men who fixed my car great people. Super quick on repairing cars, can't stress it enough great place!!!!!!!!!

Brought my GT3 in after getting a recommendation from the Porsche dealership. Extremely picky about who works on my cars, so wanted to find a good shop with experience. This place is well organized, and does a lot of work on aluminum-bodied cars. Aside from many Teslas my GT3 was one of the lower priced cars there. Due to parts shortages and needing shipping from Europe my car was in the shop about 3 months. Received almost weekly updates with status from the team at DC Auto Craft. This is the place to go in SoCal if you have an unfortunate incident and need a body shop for a supercar.

If you bring your Tesla here for bodywork, they say they will disassemble the car and leave it with them until parts arrive , which can take a month or more before they start work. The Burbank tesla dealer specifically told me not to take my Tesla there, they told me to take it to all city collision, where they order parts, and schedule to repair when parts arrive..dc autocraft wasted my and my insurance rep time, dont make the same mistake I made.. do not go here for bodywork , especially if insurance is involved....
