It actually has a vast amount of gardening tools. Very convenient if you do not live by the two major home improvement stores!

They had what I needed. But the associate on the floor who helped me was a miserable person. But I will say the cashier who rang me up was the exact opposite. She was great.

DIY Home Center in Burbank is a great local hardware store with a welcoming, old-school vibe. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find what you need, no matter how small the project. I really appreciate the personalized service, it’s something you just don’t get at big box stores. They also have a nice garden section and even some charming store cats roaming around! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the inventory is more limited compared to larger chains, so sometimes I need to go elsewhere for very specific items. Still, it’s my go-to for everyday DIY needs and quick home fixes.

Store is always clean, they have good selection of products. Helpful staff, prices are a little higher than big box stores but worth it.

Reps are so helpful. Felt they really want to help and very knowledgeable. My regret was , not able to ask the name of the guy who helped me look for these.

Great place if you have a garden, and two friendly cats roaming around keeping an eye on you, update one cat passed away, but the other cat greeted me the last time I shopped there

Very loose screens. I brought all the screens for my home in to have them done in a strong metal screen, so that my cats wont ruin them. I told them I wanted a very strong metal screen similar to chicken wire. They said they couldn’t do that, but had a thick aluminum screen and pet screen. I chose the aluminum thinking it would be stronger. My husband picked up the screens and to my disappointment, they were weaker than the original screens in the frames that I brought in and they were put in very loosely. There was a lot of miscommunication, but the general manager took care of the situation. After doing a great deal of research when I got home, come to find out that pet screen is seven times stronger than the aluminum screen that I chose. I really wish the staff would know the difference between the screening that they have available and the benefits, because I would’ve chosen the pet screen rather than the thicker aluminum screen. I still have to get my screens redone since they do not have the ability to make a custom frame and screen, but the staff there is so nice and helpful that I would prefer to go there for any other of my hardware needs. And if you just need a plain old screen these would be fine.

I love this store, especially their kitty cat. They need to do a better job of keeping the cat’s litter box clean - it was a disgraceful mess this morning.

Has everything including a cat. Recent discovery, but I've been here a few times in the past couple weeks and they had things that Home Depot and Lowe's didn't. So far, they've had the random things I needed, plus they have been helpful. They have a lot of staff available on the floor doing different things so there's always someone available to answer questions. It's been a good find and I'll keep coming here. Just be mindful of the cat. Don't let it out and don't feed it! :D

I've been shopping here for years. Always try to spend my money at local places instead of the big box stores. The customer service I received today was horrible at the returns counter. Lori and Nicolette were downright rude and surly and I'm not sure why? Maybe I interrupted their important conversation? As a customer I expect to be treated civilly and with respect. Next time I guess it's Home Depot where I know what the experience will be. Very disappointed in DIY.
