I found EDR via a listing on eBay; this was for a very specific, very special and rather expensive and hard to source European oven. I a few words...this business is straight up stellar. He was honest with me about shipping details and rates, and more than honest about minor imperfections on the item. His price on the item was essentially impossible to beat. Mike communicated with me personally in order to assure the whole process went smoothly and indeed the oven arrived today from it's cross-country trek. It is exactly as described, in highly protective packaging that may as well have been waterproof. Two thumbs way up for fantastic customer service.
