I rented a small storage locker for a short time to store my excess items while I settled into my new place. They were nice and professional, the facilities are well taken care of, and they were very helpful and understanding during move-in and move-out. I would definitely recommend!

I love these people. I've been here since 1996. They know my whole life history almost my therapy. They are kind, friendly and understanding. Thumbs up to all that work here. Even the people that use to work here they were cool too

I've been with them for a year now and will be moving out next month since I will be moving to a different state and honestly I'm glad I chose them over some of the more mainstream public storages. Their units are super clean and they have an amazing staff that always take care of the facility and make sure your belongings stay safe. Both Amjad and Yolanda are the nicest people you will meet, no kidding, if you decide to stop by you, you'll see what I mean! They are both accommodating and understanding when it comes to your needs. Overall super happy!!!

So impressed by this place! Customer service is unbelievable. Prices for units are reasonable, and the place kept nice and tidy. They have dollys and carts for you to use as well. Yolanda and Amjad are awesome and have been incredibly helpful with anything I need. Also they hook me up with some water bottles after or during moving stuff. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful amenities and services. Rooms have everything you may need plus the availability of room service is exceptional. The higher up your room is, the wider the windows get. At bottom its rather small and square. From the 6th or 7th up the windows are wde enough so theres just enough wall to hide the curtains wen fully opened. The Restraunt is great with included bar. Room service into the night even after the restraunt and bars all close.

Absolutely fantastic place. I got referred here from another place that did not have vacancy and it made all the difference. I was so stressed out but both Amjad and Yolanda were fantastic. I hadn't a clue as to what size unit I required and upon inquiring about my possessions, they recommended a 5x10 at a great price. I was a bit miffed about the unit being upstairs but Amjad reassured me I would have nothing to worry about. Sure enough he was right. They have plenty of heavy duty carts to use and the ramps were not steep that even the movers were astonished! I love how Security is a top priority for them and they keep this place locked down. But more importantly I love how friendly the managers are. I never go a trip without meeting with either of them. At one point they were repaving the driveway which I thought would be a hindrance but alas they think of everything and I was still able to access my unit with no inconvenience as Amjad made sure to show me a cut through. For the following days the managers apologized profusely for the inconvenience and I was so happy to have chosen this place because your comfort is their priority. They have bathrooms as well which is nice as I thought I'd have to leave to the gas station next door in the midst of rearranging all my stuff. They're almost tempting me to keep my possessions there forever! Thanks Amjad and Yolanda!!!

Definitely recommend this place. They are very friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to help with anything you need. Even offered me a cold water bottle on a hot day :)

I have been using this storage company for a number of years now, and I can not say enough good things about the service that you receive from the Burbank location. I know that this may sound crazy, I mean after all, you drive in load/unload, and may need to go to the office for whatever.......it's a storage facility. What makes this so much more, is Amjad and Yolanda,not only are they so willing to help you out, but you walk away with the feeling that my things are safe and secure here, because of these two individuals. When, I go to my units, I try to allow enough time for myself to go inside and say "hello". When I leave, I feel like my items are secure, and that I just got to spend time with 2 friends . Who can say that, in today's business environment, not many!!!!! Amjad and Yolanda make that business, a true hidden gem. A word to Extra Storage corporate office, let them run the office, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it "

Terrible service. My unit is full of dirt. Corporate office doesn't return phone calls. Management is worthless. I have been asking for 3 months now to cover the vent and they didn't. Don't go there !!!!! Plus their prices are higher. Stay always!!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did and let your stuff get destroyed but dirt.
