I was looking for a place to get back to sport, improving my cardio and my overall shape and F45 I’ve been the perfect fit for me. The atmosphere is very wholesome but serious when it comes to training. The coach bring good mood and energy !

I'm a huge fan of F45 Burbank cuz I love the workouts, the super attentive coaches, and the spacious studio. I always leave feeling like it was totally worth going.

I just joined F45 and have only done 3 classes but have really enjoyed my time so far! Maia was super patient with me setting me up for my first class and all the coaches are helpful to give tips during class to make sure your form is correct. I am looking forward to more classes at F45 Burbank :)

Hosted my birthday with my favorite trainers (Armando & Michael) at this f45 location! They exceed my expectations and hosted a fun workout class for my friends and family! Made sure everyone was having fun and all my guests enjoyed it !! Can't thank them enough for an amazing birthday celebration!

Always a killer workout with F45 Training! I've been to the Alhambra location a few times, but wanted to switch up the scenery this time. I booked "High Rollers" with Shannon and Michael through Classpass and felt the burn in my core the following day. Michael was motivating and encouraging. Doors opened at 5:15 PM and class began at 5:30 PM. Shannon's pup greeted us at the door. Shannon gave us a rundown of the workouts before we started our warmup. Workouts had the same format as the Alhambra location. Only difference is, wherever you stand for the warmup is the station you'll begin the workout. This location didn't provide towels or a cooldown stretch after the class. They have two individual gender neutral, clean restrooms with thoughtful amenities, such as hair ties. Cubbies are located in the front of the class to store your belongings. Water refill station is located in the back, next to the restrooms. Parking was hard to find behind F45, but I found parking across the street on the rooftop. Parking is free, which is a plus!

I don't understand why people bring their dogs to the gym. This place is always dirty smelly trainers are super lazy you actually can see dogs hair floating in the air

It was my first time trying out this sort of workout style circuit training? I’m not sure what it’s called but I’ve absolutely loved it. I’m in and out in 45 minutes. All the workouts are very challenging. The trainers are helpful and they even have a video board for you to see the workouts in real time if you forget what you’re doing- it doesn’t get easier than that. If you’re on the fence try out a few sessions, you won’t regret it.

Stopped providing towels for class when we pay a premium price. Can't wipe down equipment and have to deal with other people's sweat. Clearly cutting corners for profit over members.

I love working out at F45!! The trainers are all so helpful and encouraging and I always feel so strong and accomplished after a session. The variety of exercises that change every week makes it challenging in a fun way and makes the workout go by quickly. Fun upbeat music is a plus too. Highly recommend!!
