Haircut turned out very weird and not as specified. I’ll most likely need to have it fixed elsewhere at this point. Also… The tip somehow was charged 3x what was expected?? $5 =/= $15. Will not return.

My 87 yr old mother needed a trim for her already very short hair and with no hair wash, just sprayed wet and only blowed dried, no style enough so she didn't have to walk out with a wet head she was charged $35. No senior discount but instead was charged the senior RIPOFF price. No wonder no one was in there.

This was my first time at this location and I love my new hair :) Lucy helped me with my dilemma (I dyed my hair an ugly color). She fixed it and it looks so nice now. I’m very happy; I’ll be back for sure.

Gina is one of the most attentive and knowledgeable hairstylists I’ve met in a long time. I walked in without any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. You will feel right at home in her chair and walk out looking even better than you’d hoped ! I love my new layered cut. She went over it multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Will return :)

I’ve been coming here for 6 years now. Jo matter which stylist took care of me, I always experience a wonderful service, friendly conversation and good energy. I have a very difficult curly hair to deal with and they have been extremely skillful and professional in treating me. I also always bring all of my kids here and they never disappoint ! Will always come back!

Worst service I have ever had. I was asking to make a simple hair coloring ever, to color my gray hair. Not only they didn’t do that properly, they left dyes all over my forehead, my ears. Instead of waiting for 30-40 min I was waiting for an hour with dye on my hair while she was working with her another customer. She washed my hair and Water was everywhere in my ears, in my eyes and not she didn’t apologize but also told it’s just water and I shouldn’t move. She kept trying to upsell other services and when I denied to have a hair cut and blow dry she let me go home with WET HAIR. They don’t even deserve a one star, I would give them no star if possible. Zero quality, zero service just a huge desire to sell their services and that’s it. Shame on you guys
