I live them both. They are so nice and always give me a GREAT mani- pedi. Plus, I have in-grown toe nails (ouch) and only Kim can touch or fix them. Plus, Linda and I have fun with the gel nail colors!! A*++

My manicure didn't even last a day and it was super expensive Not too mention they dished me in Vietnamese the entire time Rude, overpriced and inferior. A spa treatment should be relaxing. This was definitely not! Would not suggest them at all

I wish I would've saw the reviews. I had no time to have her fix them because I had to leave to work. I asked if she could make my right nail thinner like the other one and she rudely said that she is going to do it. I'm usually so easy to please with my nails but this was too bad.

I have been going to fashion nails in burbank for many years! Recently I experienced a very horrible experience there! I was sitting next to a lady and having g a pedicure! She was trying to decide how to do her nails for a wedding but wasn't sure! Her guy was Paul who had a very bad attitude and said "If you don't show me a picture, I don't know! I tried to show her some options on my phone and then Paul said very nasty "I am not doing your nails so mind your own business"!! I git very angry and let him know that h e needs to have respect for customers regardless! After that Ben got involved and started yelling at me! I stopped talking and after my pedicure I went to back room to give a tip to Lisa! Ben stood up and pushed ne put from my back with 2 hands! The Manager, Jimmy, wasn't there that day but I called him the next day! I am very stressed over this incident! I don't think I will go back cuz obviously these two guys from Vietnam don't know the rules in our country! That is abuse and should not be allowed at any business!!

I have been getting my nails done here for since before my 14 year old was born. I always see Nina. She is so kind. I haven't been in a long time and the entire staff treated me like a long lost relative. My nails look beautiful and my heels haven't been this soft since I can't remember.

The only person I know to do a good job every time is Brian. I've been impatient to wait for an appointment with him and it has been a big mistake. I recommend him not the place as a whole. I've had a couple terrible experiences with nail techs who have cut my cuticles with the nail drill and when I requested a specific color I was shown two options only! I could've insisted but I didn't want to give the person a hard time. And another time my nail polish was thickly layered and bumpy and I when I complained I was given an attitude and told I would be helped by the same person who did a bad job to begin with and the same thing happened again because it was the same person! This business would be great if they had better customer care and equal quality workers. I don't think I will be returning after my second bad experience and I've been a loyal customer for years. My experience was so bad I had to at least share it.

Located inside the Burbank mall on 2nd floor. Been coming for years. Everyone is always very nice. I take my daughter here and she always has an appointment with Daisy. Daisy does some very artistic nails and she is so very sweet. She is in my opinion one of the best nail techs there. Prices have went up;so that parts a bummer. They also do waxing.
