Unhelpful employees. They don't let you use the restroom even though they get to use them. I was there for a while spending money printing and copying, had to hold it in as the employee said I'd have to go across the street to The Carving Board. I was thinking WTF?!

Great place. Clean and organized! Staff members are always willing to help.This office is the closest to my house after the one on riverside relocated. Only down side is that parking can be a bit difficult since it's a small lot, however, there is a building next door that offers 3 hour parking for free.

Avoid this place at all time. Crew is very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this place is not reliable. Find yourself a different FedEx store.

Had a painless visit. Needed to print and fax an important document asap and Julisa went above and beyond in helping me. She was so patient and essentially walked me through the whole process. Pushed all the buttons. Made me feel less zanyWould def come back. Kinda shocked this location has such low reviews. All of the employees were really friendly and helpful. But there wasn't also any lines on a Friday evening to wait in so maybe do business after most places close ppl lol.

This location is on the ground floor of an office building, right next to Wells Fargo Bank. It is near downtown Burbank so the traffic could be a little bit busy. The Service: Separate counter for printing service & shipping service. Usually only 1 staff at the shipping service which has more demand. Also, the other FedEx location in Burbank on Riverside Blvd has been closed down so this location will start getting busier. The Parking: Ther is a private parking lot right next to the office building. This parking lot is shared with Wells Fargo Bank. It could get crowded, Street parking as well.

Omg... way understaffed. I came here to ship a return to adidas. It was suppose to be a drop off, scan my we code and I'm on my way type of situation but it took forever! Even when I finally got up to the counter to get helped, they try to help other employees incapable of doing their job that they need multiple people to take on 1 task.

I think this place lacks good management. I walked in and there were 4 people working and I wasn't helped for a few minutes- bleh it doesn't feel good not to be acknowledged when there are many people working.When I was helped they were nice but better greeting and fast service would be appreciated!

Old dude here - not tech sufficient...Doing some work at the workstation - had a question for the one of the staff ( girl - short hair ), not helpful, and answered in a condescending tone - it was obvious that she had some personal opinions...

The only reason I go into the shipping center is because FedEx delivery drivers are terrible and never seem to be able to deliver packages to their customers, so I always have to have it held at the Olive location.Now, I have to say the staff in this location are always nice, professional and proficient and I'm able to get my packages and get out quickly.
