Terrible customer service. Staff is rude and unwilling to help. I wanted to speak with a manager and I found out the person I was speaking to WAS the manager. This explains why the whole store is performing poorly.

Can you hire people who are just simply decent and willing to work?
Every single time I'm at fedex unlike UPS employees who are quick and ready to help FedEx employees are on slow-motion ! They have no smile on their faces, role their eyes and make you feel terrible!

Amazing team at this location. Mario, Ron and Juan were insanely helpful with a last minute print I had. Cannot express how grateful I am for their patience, kindness and assistance. If you need help with printing, this is your spot!! I wish I could rate them 6 stars.

Excellent customer service provided by Andrew. He was truly helpful, and I can tell he tries his best to patiently support me regarding my printing issues.

I use FedEx office several times a week for work. I had one set of documents that would not print through print and go on the copier, because it was giving errors and said to ask for help. He then proceeded to charge me the full service fee for their machine not working properly. I have never had that at any other FedEx office location if the print and go is not working. Will not use this location again.
