For anyone looking to take passport photos; they’re about $18 for two passport pictures. Might be standard pricing but felt crazy paying that for two small photos. The staff are really nice and if you’re looking for somewhere thats never really super packed (awkward taking photos at) this is a good spot.

I had some technical issues with my PDF, Irma was phenomenal and assisted me on converting the files, and ensuring my documents were printed in a timely fashion. The staff here are incredible and truly care about their customers.

I paid for the printing of my documents, but the printer broke down and I didn’t receive my document. Your employee printed it on another printer and charged me again! Why is your employee stealing my money? This happened today at 9:30 AM.

I came in having to print a big order for an event last minute and was a little flustered and stressed. Not only was Ollie helpful and knowledgeable but they were also very calming and reassuring. The order printed faster than predicted and I got a call right away. This team is awesome! Thank you!

Becareful coming here to this FedEx print & ship because some of workers are biased & prejudice. Plus seem very selective on if they want to ship your package or not by their bad attitude towards you thinking that you work for them! It’s a guy there that works there with glasses idk if he’s a foreign hispanic or some other foreign race but he was very disrespectful towards me because of how large my package was for shipping and my appearance being prejudice an biased towards me for no apparent reason. I guess he had a bad day & night but don’t take out on customers! Hope this reaches the manger or owner of FedEx Print & Ship. Bad experience for me! I’d give it 0 stars if google had it. Peace!

Do not order from them, they were too lazy to bother delivering my order which is their job, they brought up the worst excuses ever. I literally had to ship it back to the company I bought it from and pay Ubers to get there to pick it up. They were also constantly changing the delivering time.

Dropped a package off with a prepaid label. They said they never received the item and never scanned it in...I filed a claim, but that did nothing. As I result, I had to pay to replace the item. I don't know how you lose a package within your own facility. Never ever shipping with FedEx again if I can avoid it.

I wish I saw the reviews on here first. As I walk in, I see there’s 2 other customers and like 8 “employees” most of them being “Edgers” and asking personal questions trying to figure out where I live. And even though I already had an eBay printed out label on my box and all taped up they tried to charge me $15 more “because of weight” but said he’ll waive the fee if I gave him my number. Went to UPS within walking distance and helpful people there took care of a new label for me for $2 and couldn’t believe what had happened at FedEx.
