Started here at the top of the year, and I absolutely love it. Good people, clean machines and ample workout space with the floor and the studio up front. Great equipment, and the weights go high. Theres also a lot of fun different equipment for those looking for less traditional workouts. And I love that the large doors are always open near the boxing ring in the back— perfect airflow and no weird gym smell. This is a great gym for men and women alike. I feel safe here and happy to come multiple times a week.

Things u should know before u join this gym. If u try and cancel they will say u gotta turn in a letter but they will still charge u. If you ask them they will say I will talk to billing. They will keep saying this so they can keep charging u. So if you're gonna cancel after u give them a letter cancel you card.

I've only been a member for a few months but its not busy when I go. Its clean. There is plenty of cardio equipment. The staff has been nice and friendly. So far its great!

My wife had a membership here. They not only lost the cancellation paperwork so she was billed another month but then they charged her a cancellation fee. She called several times to speak to the manager and somehow they were never in.

Excellent independently run gym. It feels like a true neighborhood place. The owner is always listening to the needs of the members. classes are no cost to members. This is a rarity these days.

Ridiculously expensive for no reason, planet fitness has better equipment and service. Workers are rude and will double charge on cancellation

This is a pretty good gym! It's a small local gym, which means that you see the same faces every day, and it feels like a community. It's very casual, feels very safe.Owner seems nice, employees are helpful if you need it for some reason, and they have towel service, which is a big deal for me going to the gym. There's a few machines I wish they had (the lack of rowing machine kills me), so they don't get five stars, but otherwise it's nice.Of note, as a man, my assessment of what makes a gym safe and comfortable is probably very different than other genders, so take this with a grain of salt.

HARD TO CANCEL AND HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH. BUT THEY WON'T HESITATE TO CALL YOU WHEN YOUR PAYMENT WONT PROCESS! You get 2 stars because your staff was friendly, the place was clean and had everything I needed. But you are impossible to get ahold of. I moved to an apartment complex with a gym in April of 2023. I emailed to cancel my account. The guy asked me if I had filled out a form, I replied I didn't know I had to fill out a form. I got no reply but they appeared to stop the payments. After a month I got charged again and emailed to try to cancel again. No reply. I called the number listed on Google and nobody answered, and I got the "this voice mailbox has not been set up yet." I forgot about it again until I switched banks and got laid off. Since there was no money in my account anymore I started getting calls from unknown numbers in Texas and they'd leave voicemails trying to collect payments. I called to cancel at Fitiquity again and no answer, mailbox not set up. I just saw I got charged AGAIN. I looked up Fitiquity in my bank statements and in the time where nobody called me and I didn't see a charge, turns out they'd just been taking heaps of money once it hit my account!! and called my bank to block payments from them. Im unemployed now and I could really use the $700 they more or less stole from me. I take a little responsibility for not emailing them over and over again to try and get it sorted earlier, but come on, THIS many non-replies? Not answering the phone? VOICE MAIL NOT SET UP??

This gym is the worst gym I've ever been too. All the owners and manager do is talk about how they want to sleep with all the women in the gym. If I was you and your taking your lady there I would watch her like a hawk because you never know when they try to get at your girl! Seriously. I told my girlfriend to watch out for them but she didn't listen

I've been a member of Fitquity for about a year, and it's been a terrific experience. They open an hour before most gyms at 5 am. The equipment is well maintained and high-grade for someone serious about their fitness. It's clean in the locker rooms and throughout the entire gym experience. The founders are interested in customer feedback and consistently maintain an excellent workout environment, which is paramount! I've been to several other recognized brands of Gyms in the area I prefer and recommend by far Fitquity!

do NOT trust this staff - they made fraudulent charges to my card multiple times after I tried cancelling months ago. I rarely ever write reviews but this place is so unprofessional and wasted my time.

Gym itself was fine, though definitely did not enforce Covid protocols when we were still in the thick of things. Wasn't too crowded during my visits.The real issue came when I cancelled my membership -- seems to be a recurring theme here. They charged my card repeatedly after the cancellation, and when I reached out to the billing company they use, I learned that Fitiquity had not actually notified them of my cancellation... despite repeatedly reassuring me they had done so.Huge headache, and they were not much help in fixing the problem they had created -- I tried called the gym multiple times to speak with someone who could make their mistake right. But I was given the runaround + told someone would call me back... only for them to either not call back at all or reach out days, sometimes weeks later.All in all, from cancellation date to everything being resolved was 2-3 months. Frustrating, and a waste of my time. Do not recommend.
