My car overheated over the Memorial Day weekend, and I called AAA to get it towed. They suggested an approved AAA near by auto repaired, and I can't be more grateful for recommending me to Future Auto Service. Henry was very professional and honest regarding the problem and cost with my car. It is hard to find an honest mechanic. I have been struggling with finding a good mechanic even the Chevrolet Glendale Dealer had been giving me problems in communicating and taking forever to work on my car! And Henry notified me that one of the problems with the overheating it had to do with not having the radiator cap sealed correctly and I just had the radiator replaced at the dealer 8 months ago!!!!!!! And the owner Arthur is my hero!!! I could not get a car rental for the Holiday weekend and I was mortified because I promised my grandnephew to take him to a magic show to celebrate his birthday, and Arthur let me borrow a car.
Arthur's Kindness and generosity allowed me to make my grandnephew's birthday Special.Forever, Grateful.

Future Auto Service is without a doubt the best shop I ever dealt with.... they replaced my engine, full break system, and a big electrical problem.... on my 1996 Dodge Ram Van 3500..... they are the most patient methodical technicians I have ever done business with...... at first I was intimidated, all the cars at the shop were new high end cars, I assumed they would be very expensive, they were not!!! They also walked me along on the journey answering and explaining everything,no surprises.... Arthur ( the owner) Henry and Mike and everyone who took my call, called me for updates were and are the best of the best.... Do not hesitate, no matter how old or new your vehicle is.. they will never disappoint.....and the shop is spotless!!!

This is my go-to auto shop and the only one I truly trust. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and there is simply no better shop around. Every time I’ve tried another place, I always end up coming back here, that alone says everything.
The team is professional, honest, and incredibly mindful. They take the time to explain things clearly, never push unnecessary work, and genuinely care about both the car and the customer. You always feel respected and taken care of.
The waiting area is another big plus, clean, comfortable, with a nice couch, fresh fruit, and water available. It’s clear they’ve thought about every detail to make the experience as pleasant as possible.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service, integrity, and peace of mind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Future Auto Service
I had a great experience with Future Auto Service. I brought my 2012 GMC Acadia in for an inspection, and I was very impressed by how professional and honest the team is.
A special mention to the owner, who is clearly very dedicated to his business. You can see he is strict about his workers' job performance to ensure everything is done perfectly, yet he maintains a very respectful and personal attitude toward every customer. It is rare to see an owner who cares this much about both the quality of the work and the customer’s experience.
Technician Gagik and Henry provided a very detailed diagnostic using professional equipment, giving me a clear BT300P test report. Fast service, fair pricing, and very honest people. I will definitely be coming back here for my future car needs. Highly recommended to anyone in the Burbank area!

Been going here for a year now. Saw great reviews and needed to have some work done on my 2015 Escape. They do a lot of high end cars here but I felt comfortable and welcome. Ashley took care of me in the office, answered all my questions. I've since been back for a radiator flush/ reg maintenance and everyone there has taken great care of my car. I found out they do body work so I'll have a few dings taken care of next year. Nice waiting area if you choose to wait, otherwise short walk to Dennys or other places around. 5 min uber to the Burbank mall. Very happy with Future Auto. I feel safe with them watching over my car.

I have had 2 different cars that they have serviced It’s always efficient and honest they go above and beyond to keep your car in great condition and they won’t hurt your pocket less expensive than others and they stand behind their work . One of my cars was a convertible Eos and the other is a convertible Lexus they work on any car you won’t be disappointed I've been a customer for 7yrs
