I came here for a custom glass top for my coffee table. I went for the high end option (clear cut glass) and was promised an "immaculate" table top. After I brought it home, I noticed multiple sets of scratches in the glass. I called them and was told there was nothing they could do. If you're looking for a reputable glass shop, this ain't it. I overpaid for a damaged product. Don't make the same mistake.

The chronicles of my door from my previous reviews continues and another one of the older, poor quality panels broke. This is the third one and so myself and my door are no stranger to Future Glass. (Noting again it's an older panel - everything that Future has replaced has held up wonderfully!!) Both Chris and Garret were great as always and my door looks like new with a short turn around at a reasonable price given the cost of materials these days and quality of their labor. Thank you as always!

Well, I'd like to be able to give them a good review but I sent a request for a quote via email - per their instructions when I called - and I've followed up twice with no response. Double-checked the email address on their website and it's correct, so I guess they're just SO flooded with business they don't need the money from my full-shower-and-mirror-install-on-2-bathrooms job. At least have the professionalism to respond and let me know you're too busy.

With all of the places that there is to buy glass and glass services, I really hope that your business can stand to lose customers. There is nothing ruder then allowing a customer to stand in your store for five minutes without even an acknowledgment that they've arrived. When someone walks into your store you have no idea what they are going to ask of you and what kind of job they are going to hire you for. Having said that you have no idea the job you missed out on. I hope whatever you were doing on the phone was profitable enough to lose my business. I will never set foot in your establishment again. And I will never recommend you to anyone. As a business owner you should know that a negative experience travels much farther than a positive one.

Lots of 1-star reviews. Here is another one. I needed to replace a shattered glass in a double-pane window, it self-shattered. I called and was told that if I could take out the whole window and bring it to them, they would take a look (!?). I started laughing and could not stop myself. I was still laughing after hanging up the phone.

It may sound like I'm being hyperbolic, but I promise you I'm not. Future Glass, and particularly Garrett are my heroes. I'm in a really stressful situation trying to sell my house and needed to replace a difficult piece of large interior glass. Other places straight up refused to do it because of the difficulty. But Garrett came the same day I called him, got everything measured, and set clear expectations of what I should expect. He showed up on the day and him and his guys worked super hard to ensure the job was done as close to perfect as they could, given the conditions. He kept me informed along the way, and really made my stress decrease so much. These guys are super trustworthy, and seriously so kind. I'm so grateful for them and all the work they put in.

Called to get a quote for a broken window, guy told me to text pictures to a cell number, wouldn't accept email.I had some other quotes pending so asked them to hold on a day whilst I heard back.After a few other quotes came in, these guys proved to be the cheapest, so I texted back to accept the quote and book and... never got a response.After several more unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I gave up and went with the second option Grandview Glass & Mirror, who actually quoted me even better the second time around, and did the job perfectly adequately.Thanks for saving me money by not responding, Future Glass Co!

Excellent customer service. No runaround and people of their word. I was going to potentially spend a lot of money buying something I really didn't need and instead they modified what I had saving me $$$$. I highly recommend them. Thanks!
