Terrible and rude place. They take appointment but they can’t keep. They made me wait and when I spoke up, he was extremely rude and nasty. He took someone came after me while I was waiting with an appointment.

Loved them so much! we got the owner to do our nails, walk in too!
we walked in and there were a lot of people there when we (3 people) walked in.
We got mani pedis too.
Would definitely go again thank you!!

I've only gone here only because it's conveniently located, but the employees are terrible. The first time I went, one of the ladies removed an ingrown toenail when I asked her not to, and my toenail was bleeding a lot. She simply put glue over the wound and proceeded to paint over the blood. She got mad when I asked her to put more of their antibiotic powder to stop the bleeding. I've also gone for gel nails, and one of the female nail techs took longer than an hour to do them at a not busy time. The next day, one of them completely peeled off. It's been about a week and there's already chipping as well as dents and bumps in the gel. They're cheap, unprofessional, and lack all sorts of customer service skills. They have their own conversations and don't engage with the customers, and on top of everything the work they do is terrible. The inside is dirty and unpleasant, and I wouldn't be surprised if they reuse the nail equipment from client to client without cleaning it.

My sister recommended me to Tom and its now been about 3 years that I been going here and will keep going! My nails are always on point and tom listens and knows what he's doing! Great service!!

This was my 1st time here, the services was horrible! I instructed her not to use the drill. The attitude changed, I didn't need any extra services. They don't do a massage on the hands or feet. Spoke there language the whole time. Sometimes you just need to go and paid extra to get the better services.. the place is dirty cobwebs in the ceiling. Whatever happen to good customer service..

If you are looking for a salon that does not sanitize their tools, that is filthy, customer service is rude, charges to use a credit card, and gel manicure chips after two days, this salon is for you. Although they are local and less expensive than most salons. I've been here three times for gel manicure and pedicure. Each time I noticed they were using the same tools used on the previous customer and had to ask them to use sanitized tools. I still question whether they were actually sanitized. My experience is that sanitized tools are kept in sealed packaging or container. Theirs are not. When asked if they sanitize their tools the nail tech would not answer me, though she spoke English. On each occasions within two days my gel manicure started chipping. To their credit, the first time they asked me to come in so they can redo them, although they were not happy about it. And they charged me $15. My last visit, I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance as I was leaving for a trip the day following my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I was not scheduled. When I told them who I spoke to when I made the appt, Henry insisted I did not make an appointment since it was not scheduled. I asked if they could squeeze me in to the schedule that day but Henry told me they were booked. When I explained my situation, he said it was not his problem, though it was their mistake. The rudest customer service. Obviously they have lost my business.

They were So efficient and kind. Did a great job on my mani pedi. Nice spa. Would recommend.

I've been going here for years, Jenny, Henry & Tom are the best at SNS & Heat Gel nails. Jessie is my personal favorite for Gel Pedicures. They're clean, detail oriented and efficient. I recommend booking well in advance, as they are always booked! You won't be disappointed! Even though I moved to San Diego and sometimes Vegas, I still come to LA just to get my nails done by them because I trust them and their work.
