I made an appointment this morning at 9 am, showed up on time and there was nobody at their office. I waited for about 15 min and left. I’ve been calling since 9 am to reschedule and nobody picks up the phone. Extremely unprofessional. Seems to be the pattern according to reviews & nearby staff who I talked to.

I called this facility yesterday and was told that they don’t make advance appointments but they are open until 4 PM. Today I went there and arrived at 3:40 PM. Rang and rang the doorbell and eventually a woman came out to the street and told me the person who draws blood had gone home for the day. I asked what the deal was since I had been told the day before they were open until 4 PM – – I asked do they just draw blood when they feel like it? – – Did the person who draws blood just go home because she felt like it? The woman who had come out to talk to me was upset and apologetic but said basically yes, they just go home if they feel like it. No way to do business. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I called two days before going to the lab to take the test. I asked about the price and if they are open on weekends. They said they are open on Saturdays. However when I showed up the lady told me there is no one to take the test.

I woke up anxious on a Friday knowing I wanted to be tested for Covid 19, then did a search for what was available and, critically, how long it would take to get my results. GenX was a 10-minute drive away with a 24-hour turnaround time, with an appointment available that morning for $150 (active infection test only, not an antibody test). Pulled up to the curb, a friendly, efficient staffer gowned, gloved , masked & face-shielded up stuck a prong in my nose, and 20 hours later I got my results, which gave me some piece of mind. A very good experience, highly recommended.

Great service, fast turn around time and a wide range of services to choose from. The staff are always professional and courteous. They will have your results ready within days, as opposed to some locations I've worked with that often tske up to a month. Overall an excellent company to work with.

Amazing lab to go to if you need your blood drawn for analysis. I didnt have to wait and I had my blood drawn painlessly multiple times now and im out of here in less than 5 minutes! Go and see for yourself and you will never go anywhere else, and thank me later.
