I really needed a PC fixed so I could get my work completed, and I couldn't complete the repair on my own. I called Helix PC and I was asked to bring the PC in so they could take a look at it. The problem was a bit complicated and needed parts and some case modifications, and when I expressed my sense of urgency, it was met with empathy and I wasn't turned away or told that it wouldn't get done on time. I am so grateful for Helix PC's help, they really went above and beyond. If you need anything done for your PC and you don't want to treated the way they would treat you at Best buy's geek squad, like another number, COME TO HELIX PC. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Helix PC provided the most fair priced combined with the most professional service. Garnik has an excellent attitude that's focused on problem solving. I had some trouble finding parts, he found them for me. I had trouble figure out software, he showed me what I was doing wrong. He never said he couldn't help, even when he didn't know something he said I'll figure it out and get back to you. It's seldom you meet people in this business that are really so well rounded and so professional. Thank you Helix PC for building my beautiful beast of a PC.

My Samsung laptop is almost 10 years old, and was in need of TLC. He upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11, cleaned the entire computer, replaced the fan and installed a new Blu-Ray burner disk drive as an upgrade to replace the DVD drive that was getting noisy. He installed all the necessary software and had everything finished within 36 hours. Knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to his craft - I would strongly recommend this business to anyone.

Called for a simple SSD steam deck install that takes about 20-30 minutes and dude quoted me $150 when I called several other places afterwards that quotes $50-$80. Dude is definitely greedy w prices and he seemed very cocky. Would not recommend. He also said it would take 1 whole day which is crazy when it's a less than a 30 minutes Job. No way this would take a day. Overall would not refer anyone to go here. Just his attitude alone I wouldn't even pay $20 if it was just that. I was able to find somewhere that will do it all for $75. Thanks. HE SAID HE PROVIDED WHAT WAS WORTH HIS TIME WHICH WAS AN OVER PRICED ASS QOUTE JUST SAY NO YOU DONT WORK ON HANDHELDS AND MOVE ON. DONT TRY TO OVER CHARGE SOMEBODY ON A 30 MINUTE JOB. Dude is a dickhead.

A friend suggested Helix PC to me! Garnik helped me build my first PC, and was beyond friendly and professional during the whole process, even when I ran into a few issues. The power supply I bought for my build was faulty out of the box, and Gar was able to pinpoint the issue almost immediately when I called him about it. Additionally, I was having trouble getting my 1.5 yr-old monitor to boot up with my new PC, and he didn't hesitate to suggest bringing it in along with the busted power supply to help me out. He was able to address and fix both issues quickly, and things have been running great since! Computers can be fickle and run into issues we can't foresee, and if I ever run into an issue again, or am looking for new parts, I won't hesitate to reach out to Gar. What luck to have a local business like this!
