Pricy parking that’s not included with the room, the staff seem somewhat dismissive, location is great, rooms are ok. I think I’d shop elsewhere next time tbh

Hotel Burbank was surprisingly beautiful. Upon entering I was happy to see they have their own café, their own bar, and all kinds of trendy seating areas throughout the hotel. The hotel is updated and when walking the halls of the bottom floor, you feel as if you’re in a trendy city building. The location is also very prime with many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My only complaint was the staff was not the friendliest. They also had no earplugs available. The medicine vending machine was broken and the trash in the hallway sat out there for two days.Good thing we didn’t really need the staff for much. I would stay here again anytime I’m visiting Burbank.Rooms: Rooms were basic, but big, clean and comfyNearby activities: You’re pretty much centrally located about 5 miles from Universal Studios about 20 minutes from downtown LA and many restaurants and shopping within feet of the hotelSafety: There are so many shopping centers, and almost like a CityWalk feel that I never felt unsafe and we were walking around as late as 9 o’clock at night.Walkability: You are within walking distance to a shopping center and the streets right outside the doors of the hotel are lined with shopping centers.Food & drinks: Mini restaurants within walking distance inside the hotel there is a bar and a café. Also room service is a full menu.

The location is the only upside to this place really. The cafe had no sugar free options which is insane, the parking is not included, the “bar” is a borderline cafeteria, and the gym is located in a room across the way in the parking garage. The room we got was clean but the outlets don’t work well and held the items very loosely, woke up to an uncharged phone.

Hotel Burbank is a complete scam. The rooms are filthy and have bedbugs. The staff is extremely rude and when I asked to have my room changed due to bedbugs they told me basically get over it. Then I was charged another night and refused a refund. All around complete nightmare.

I stayed at this hotel over a month ago. They charged my card for 100 for coincidental charges. Three weeks later they had not released my money. Called and they said it would take 7 to ten days. Ten days later I called back and was told I needed to send in my credit card statement to get my money. I should not have to chase a hotel for a month to retrieve my deposit. I would never stay there again and would recommend if you do you watch what they charge you.

Great location, the staff and cleanliness of the hotel has dwindled. Our company has contracted with this hotel for decades. It once was a holiday in and we never had problems staying here. Since it became the Hotel Burbank, airport shuttles can’t manage a schedule the restaurant has converted to a glorified snack bar and for your listening pleasure the night club/lounge will pound sleepless nights into everyone on the 16th and 17th floors, ask me how I know. After having to move myself to the “last available room” in the hopes of getting a few hours sleep, I’m treated to a room shared with roaches. I wish I was both fast and not too tired to try to grab a photo of one to post. I will protest staying here every time my company puts me here.

Seems to be mid-renovations. The restaurant and bar are great; the rooms are either nicely renovated or a little tired, but clean. It felt 100% safe and is in a great, walkable location.Noteworthy details: This part of Burbank offers numerous dining opportunities, is close to freeways, and close to the airport

Had a very good weekday stay here. The hotel lobby was spacious and welcoming. The room was large, well appointed, clean, and bed was firm and comfortable. Heat and AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. I couldn’t hear any adjoining rooms but it was also a slow week so there might not have been any. My room was on the 4th floor out of 19 or so and I did wish I had a higher floor just for the view. Not too much outside noise, I could just hear some cars pulling up to lobby but nothing distracting i was also on a lower floor. One of the biggest positives is the big parking garage next to the hotel. It’s easy to park, plentiful spaces. Usually these hotel garages have tiny spaces and it’s hard to park or big trucks will take two spots. No issues here with that as it was such a big garage. Parking cost is $22 which isn’t so bad for L.A.Location was good, not too hectic, and it’s super close to the Burbank airport. It unsurprisingly is a popular hotel with airline staff. Plenty to do in Burbank but if you’re visiting, you’ll want to expand your horizons.Only slight complaint is lack of daily housekeeping- you do have to request it for stays shorter than 5 days. Also, the hotel can do a much better job of promoting and explaining all of the many amenities it has. Like I had no idea there was a cafe and bar until I looked on the website. Putting fliers in the rooms would be good, and letting guests know the times etc. There seemed to be a pool and sauna but didn’t use any of it.Great stay and will be back.Rooms: Spacious and cleanSafety: Perfectly safe

Lots of great options for food around, but everything closes early. Rooms are ok, staff is busy, and outdoor pool only.
