Great store!!! Awesome customer service (over the phone and in person). Was able to find what we needed for a campaign photoshoot. He was thoughtful to let me know that I would need a large vehicle to transport the items.

Gruff, plain-talking no nonsense but lovable owner, like the gun dealer from the original Terminator. I purchase Gaffer tape and other items including solvents here, but they got everything from sandbags to filters. Compared them to Amazon - surprisingly, the prices are lower at H.E. I'm a former regular at FilmTools, not anymore after they shut down their Burbank st store.
