Never been in the store. However, I inquired about some inventory through email and they were super responsive, very detailed, and tried to help me get what I needed. They even reached out to the manufacturer to see when something was coming back in stock. Overall great experience, even through email.

Nice people. Came in clutch when I needed a last minute camera battery for a shoot the same day.
