Terrible experience and rude like the rest of the reviews say. Came for a drug screening for a new job and lady at the front was less than helpful. The whole process was tragically inefficient. The television right next to the registration window was so loud I could barely hear what she was saying. I was told to make an appointment by calling the phone number on my confirmation email. I called and the woman on the phone took my registration number but said I had to then call a different number to make an appointment. When I asked what’s the point of having to call 2 different places and why I wasn’t provided the correct phone number in the first place I was told “that’s just how it works.” I then called the next number she provided me only to be met with an automated attendant that eventually told me I had to make an appointment online and hung up. I went to the website to make an appointment only to find that there is either no availability for the next 2 months or, more likely, that they don’t take appointments for drug screenings. Which would have been appreciated if that was communicated in the first place so I would have just waited in the lobby instead of leaving the office. I can’t blame the lady at reception for being disgruntled if this is the level of disorganization she deals with on a daily basis. Complete waste of time and effort. Ended up using self check in kiosk which was never mentioned to me as an option whatsoever and waited in the lobby for 40 minutes as of writing this review and have yet to be called. I’ve only seen one person go back in the time I’ve been here. I think there’s only 1.5 people working here. It’s complete trash.

Front desk women are super rude! Not helpful what so ever. They have an attitude with everyone. They need to complete customer service training or get new jobs. They are miserable and hate being there. One of them said, I knew I should of called out and just walked away from a person speaking to her and didn't come back. The person had simply asked, where he needed to check in for his appointment. If you are a business considering using this establishment at this location, DON"T! The impression of this place is not what you want your new hires to experience. I waited over an hour for them to do blood work and urine test. To tell me at the end that the paper work my employer provided was missing a pages. So they said that everything will be thrown out and I would need to return another day. I asked what was the point of the check in, if you didn't check all the paper work before having me wait and have the lab work done. No response from either of them. Not even capable of doing the job they have. Very unprofessional.

They are often closed during their posted open hours. They are very slow when they are open. They probably need to add more staff.

the front desk woman has very rude attitude you don't want to see her face again! behaves in very bad manner chews gum very loud, she does not assist you, horrible behaviour, it will be a nightmare if you encounter her.

“Accepts walk-ins” but wouldn’t see me. Front desk woman was impressively rude and dismissive. Tried to ask for help/clarification and spoke with the most annoyed tone. She might want a different job.

Only two personnel are staffed to manage a large flow of people. Waited over 2 hours to pee in a cup. They were warning all people of the extreme wait times. Very poorly organized facility, so much so that people would leave after being told that wait time is over an hour and half. I also work in a medical clinic, and would like to warn people to avoid coming here.

Trying to do a company drug test and can’t get one person on the phone to ask a question to. Don’t know how this place is credible in the slightest if you can’t even get someone to talk too.

This location is really great and stood out from the other locations I visited to get drug tested for a new job. I was really nervous I wouldn’t make it on time as all online appointments were booked out and it was the last day for me to take the test. I went to other locations and the staff wasn’t as warm and welcoming as this location. Not to mention, they were not accommodating for walk-ins but this location was.Barbara checked me in and did my drug test. She had great customer service and managed multiple people’s needs with kindness, ease and grace. I really appreciated her getting everyone in and the wait wasn’t too long. Thank you Barbara for a great experience and I’ll know to come straight to the Burbank location for any future needs.

I didn’t have an appointment and was in and out in 20 mins!!! Very nice people, excellent tech, I have difficult veins and she had no problem getting it.

I made my appt online. Checked in on the kiosk at the site. Had my blood drawn 3 mins later and was done. Very efficient and polite employees.

I have NEVER been injured from having blood drawn, since I've always been told I have great veins for this type of thing. The lady who drew my blood was also the receptionist; despite being kind, she was completely overwhelmed by having to run up front to check people in and then run back to perform the lab draws. She even admitted they were short staffed, but the quality of work shouldn't be affected. Take less appointments, change online scheduling, do not let the amount of work sacrifice your attention and diligence to the job. On the walk back to my car, it felt like someone had repeatedly punched my arm. I couldn't bend it or get out of my sweatshirt without help. I was taken out of my daily routine for almost 2 full days. I am no doctor, but this looks like the vein was missed and perhaps even the lower bicep was punctured. Either way, this could have easily been avoided; management should do something so that the staff isn't forced to rush like this ever again.
