LANDMARK paharmcy is the only pharmacy that test of time. They are always reliable if you pick it up yourself. The delivery is on same day always for me. I am very happy if there was six stars I would do it but 5 stars without a doubt

Landmark has been our pharmacy since they originally opened on Victory I cannot say enough about them they go over and beyond for their patients all the staff is very courteous and helpful the pharmacists are knowledgeable and terrific My family and I will always use them I highly recommend themSalmon Family

Very poor attention to detail. This pharmacy provided incorrect information in response to a very simple question about my order, causing me a substantial inconvenience. Will not be shopping here again.

I LOVE these ladies! Been a customer since before they moved to Magnolia. My husband was the biggest fan and they helped us so many times over the years with medicine advice and just caring about our health. The entire staff is wonderful! Prices are as good days the big chains but the service is outstanding.

By far, my favorite pharmacy! Professional and friendly staff, conducting business in the utmost punctual manner! All of my questions and concerns are always answered with such care. I have referred every person I know here and have not heard a single complaint. Thank you so much, Landmark!

Today Landmark specialty pharmacy proved that they are the worst pharmacy! A few weeks ago the delivery person called me and asked if it is okay to drop off the RX in my mailbox and I said yes for some reason he changed his mind and dropped off the RX behind the gates. I have a pit-bull dog and the delivery person knew that he can not drop off any prescriptions without me not being home. Anyways he did drop off the prescription and my dog ate them...hopefully my dog was okay but my whole system was traumatized how careless a person can be. When I called Landmark there was one lady who apologized it and she said that the RX will be ready with no charge;however, when I came to Landmark a pharmacist had no clue what's going and refused to give me the RX without charges. After me giving the long story she still didn't want to believe it nor apologize it. Finally they got a notes written somewhere that the RX had no charges then pharmacist released it. Today I called CVS to transfer my RX;however, the pharmacist from Landmark refused to give to the CVS my RX by saying that I don't have any refills left. Checked my bottle and I had 3 refills. Moreover when I got the RX the CVS gave me the prescription with no charges when landmark kept charging me over and over stating that my insurance doesn't cover this RX. So think twice when you called Landmark pharmacy.

After a long frustrating battle with CVS, I decided to get my monthly prescription filled at Landmark seeking better customer service. I had never used a boutique pharmacy before so I was expecting a more personal, positive experience. But after many months of back-to-back negative experiences, I have realized that I was actually better off at a large pharmacy like CVS because the problems I had with CVS were minimal compared to the problems I've had with Landmark. During the few months I've been going to Landmark, they have: - Given me the wrong medication. - Rarely ever called me to let me know my prescription was ready (I would always have to call myself and check). - Completely neglected to fill my order even though it's on auto-refill. When I asked how it didn't get filled, the lady I spoke with said, "we have a long list, I guess we missed it." During my frustrating CVS days, I've never had a single experience with them missing my auto-refill order. - Lost a new prescription that my doctor sent directly to them. I found this out when I decided to leave Landmark and go back to CVS. When CVS called them for the prescription, they told them they don't have a new one on file. When I called Landmark to ask about it, they just said, "I don't know what happened, but we don't have it." When a new prescription from my doctor was sent to Landmark a couple months back, I called to confirm that they had received it...and they confirmed and filled it. So, I know they had it on file. I thought Landmark would be the solution to my pharmacy problems, but I guess I thought wrong. Not only did they make the mistakes listed above, but their over-the-phone customer service was lacking as well. Some employees didn't know how to answer some of my questions or gave me wrong answers. I'm glad I'm no longer getting my prescriptions filled at Landmark. I'm back at a different CVS (inside Target store) and so far they've been very communicative with me and have been easy to work with. I highly recommend avoiding Landmark at all costs. It's not worth the bad customer service and headache.

Constantly messing up perscriptions . They never seem to know what's going on when you inquire about you prescriptions. The added attitude about it doesn't help either. I think this place has some major organizational issues and lacks in costomer service. Save yourself the frustration, you are better off going to CVS.

I have been using this pharmacy since they established and wouldn't switch to any other place. Kristina and Marine are amazing! They really know their stuff, they are super-fast, they very caring and personable, they always go the extra mile, always, and as an added bonus, they deliver my meds! It's a win win :)))))

What a great pharmacy! No CVS or RiteAid here folks. Absolutely wonderful service by the friendliest crew ever! Kristina is a Gem! You'll never find another pharmacist who is more caring, compassionate, and knowldedgeable.

I have tried other pharmacies but once I came here, I knew this was it for me. The service is amazing and knowledgeable. And they go above and beyond their way to make sure their patients and customers are satisfied. They will exceed anyone's expectations.. I know I will never go anywhere else.

This is everything you'd ever want in a pharmacy! These ladies are absolutely awesome with their customer service & they're always so fast too! They always ask how my family & I are doing & they're always so personable & sweet. :) Love this little local spot! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I love Landmark Pharmacy! The girls there are amazing and so sweet! They feel and treat you like family! They have the best service and are so caring! We never have complications, nor have we ever had any. They get to know their clients on a personal level and that's what always keeps me going back!

What a great find! I used to get my prescriptions filled at CVS, but after the long wait times and rude service I figured it was time to take my business elsewhere. I came across this pharmacy while grabbing a bite to eat next door and couldn't be happier! The staff is so wonderful and friendly, with short wait times and competitive prices. The pharmacist's are also very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. If I have any questions, they always take the time to answer or clarify things for me. They even offered to stay open a little late after business hours when traffic was really bad one Friday afternoon so I could pick up my fathers medicine. I can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you Kristina and Marine for always going above and beyond.
