I just picked up a pair of glasses at Lens Crafters on Verdugo in Burbank. I am very happy with my purchase. The service was great! I would like give 5?stars to my technician Amanda. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go to Lens Crafters and request Amanda again!

they were extremely helpful! I went in with a pair of glasses I bought while on holiday in europe that needed tightening and they helped me. they now fit perfectly! such a nice team and will most definitely be coming back.

The Lenscrafter Burbank has the worst customer service . I got my eye exam and was told i needed glasses . I spent the time an ordered my glasses with alot of the prescription addons and was told they would be ready the next day . Then i receive a call that they needed to be special ordered and they would be “OVERNIGHTED” . I dont know about you but “OVERNIGHTED “ in the bussiness world means next day . Then i call back again and they keep telling me its getting overnighted and that i have to wait another 6 more days . Do they not understand what overnighted means . This is unacceptable how can lens crafter offer addons to prescriptions and not have them in stock . I am sure these addons are what you guys push to customers but you dont tell them they would have to wait 2 weeks to get them . I am upset cause my vision is causing me headaches . The sales rep originally told me it would be ready next day and then all the other reps dont understand the definition of “overnight delivery “ . Then today they rep tells me its going to be overnighted and that i been already waiting a week , whats one more week . What type of customer service response is that !!!!!!!
2025 Update :
It honestly feels like I have a LensCrafters curse. Once again, my order has been delayed, and the excuse I keep hearing is “human error.” I placed this order on August 8th, and weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. This isn’t the first time, either—it’s the third time one of my orders has been delayed at this location.
For the amount of time and money spent, I would expect far better attention to detail. At the very least, the salesperson should be double- and triple-checking every order before it’s sent out. Instead, I keep getting the same repeated excuse with no real accountability.
Mistakes happen, but when it happens over and over again, it’s no longer a mistake—it’s a pattern. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at LensCrafters on Verdugo, Burbank. Probably the best selection of eyeglass frames, which is very important.

Website says you close ar 7:30pm but I'm here at 7pm and the gates are down and doors are closed. Is the website and Google out of date?

I had a disappointing experience at LensCrafters while picking up new lenses for my frames. The employee, Armina (or Arminia), made the process unnecessarily difficult instead of being helpful. Her attitude suggested she might need a vacation or retirement. I hope this was just an isolated incident, as I’ve had better experiences there before.

been trying to get a hold of someone there to send me my prescription. I called the day before and asked if someone could email me my prescription, she said ill have it by the end of the day 48 hours later I'm still waiting meanwhile my contacts are delayed from the vendor.
