The treatment is terrible. The women mocked me and laughed at me because I didn't speak English perfectly, and neither did they because they didn't understand anything.
It's super expensive, some nails cost $68 and it's not a good job.

Stylist: Went for a gel fill and a gel pedicure had to leave in the middle of my pedicure to an emergency to the hospital that they were well aware of no polish on my toes short pedicure service and she charged me to take off my gel on my toes since I didn’t get the gel pedicure Wow never will go back

Place is small but comfortable. The staff was very friendly and did a great job. Just happened to be driving by and decided to check it out. If I'm in the area again I'd definitely stop by.

I LOVE this!!!!!!! My first time here at Lovely nails. I got gel x for $70. They came out really great and they look BEAUTIFUL. The environment is very welcoming and great. Everyone is so sweet. Michael did my nails and he is so nice, helpful and did a great job with my nails. Helen was also very sweet and welcoming. This is a AMAZING place. Thank you everyone!!!

My wife needed nails to be done at the last minute and they were very accommodating. They accept cash only and we didn’t have it.They agreed to accept Venmo. Their work was great and they are nice folks. They can speak in English as well, which is awesome. :)

I found this place on Google. I had Lan do my gel fill. She was nice and quick. The only thing is they accept cash only. I wasnt prepared. It's a small, clean place.

Made appt to have my nails done, I was told that the cost would be $25.00. First workers do not under stand or speak english. After nails were done I was told I owed $35.00 and I couldn't understand her English explanation! Also told her twice that my chair was too low and that my shoulders were in pain and was ignored. Think twice

I am so happy my regular nail place was closed today and I came to lovely nails. It's my first time here and I was seen right away. Linda the nail and waxing expert did my toes and leg waxing. She was patient with me. I am very picky and she took the time to show me different colors and she was also very gentle with the waxing. I was hesitant but to wax my legs but glad I did it. She is new in town so I booked my next appt right away before she gets booked up. Enjoy ladies!!!

Let's just get into the customer service. I believe it is so important to have a good experience with the people doing your nails, the vibes in the salon, and the respect given towards the person who's paying you for your service . I got my nails done by some guy working in the salon. first thing I'm gonna say is everyone there is rushing for their next clients and it pretty much just seems like they're only here for the money. I wish I went to my regular place because it's the same price but so much better. I got a full set of acrylics, and none of them are the same length or shape. He also did them way too short and didn't do nothing like the photo. He hurt my nails so much and I don't mean the acrylic chemicals I mean literally him when he was filing my nails, and when he was cutting my cuticles, I literally almost was bleeding. . My mom got a manicure pedicure and she didn't seem to hate it but she said it wasn't a very good experience for her either so she tipped the girl who did her nails but I did not tip the guy who did my nails because it was such a bad experience, and my nails are also very ugly . I felt the need to make this review because I could've spent my money elsewhere and I will be going back to make a complaint.

payed $50 for a set that I could've done myself ... i come to these places for the experience . I pay them for their time yet the entire time, the man doing, the nails was rushing being very sloppy and aggressive with my nails . Filing my nails extremely hard . I don't really care that I'm a teenager. I still want my nails to look nice and that's exactly what I paid him for. none of the nails are the same size or shape. He painted really badly. He didn't let one single coat fully dry. Don't come here unless you want them to rush to do your nails and if you want a shitty ass experience plus shit nails
