Paid for targeted delivery of an air conditioner between 12-4pm. Took the day off work. They did not show up. Then was told to wait by the phone for updates until 11pm. They did not show up. No updates. Missed fireworks with my family. Was given phone number of store with extensions. Have been calling during business hours. No one is picking up.

They employ exactly 0 people to work check-out lanes. Self check-out only. Makes buying spray paint difficult. You’d think Lowe’s could afford the cost of doing business. Shows what I know!

It was very difficult to get help because they were grossly understaffed. BUT.. when you did, they were amazing! Kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Large inventory, clean and friendly.

Truly an awful experience with awful service.
We planned to redo our home siding and ordered from Lowe’s. We were set and told our order would arrive on time. I got an email saying the delivery was now taking place after the scheduled construction. I called to get the date changed back (and after numerous calls begging for help), we discovered that the order was placed through a different store location (even though we purchased in person at Burbank) and the other store never responded to the third party distributed emails to confirm the order. So now no matter what, our order wouldn’t make it on time even though I ordered 3 and a half months in advance to ensure it did.
Not a big deal, stuff happens. So I went to plan b, a less desirable color but still would work. Nope- because they messed up even that product wouldn’t come in on time.
Ok plan c, siding that isn’t painted. After numerous calls with management (illi) and department sales people (including multiple emails that went unresponded to; calls they said “we will call tomorrow” and never did etc) we finally placed the plan c order - except because of a Lowe’s team member mistake, we now have an even greater bill to paint after instillation. I asked for a discount to counter the price increase. Management said no. I asked for a discount on paint, management gave us the standard bulk purchase discount. Actually, management tried to trick us and act like a discount was new and good, even though it was the standard business bulk discount offered - slimey. Also, our final delivery date changed twice and I had to email/call to get it back. We got the product with multiple broken pieces.
One of the guys also called to reorder material at 9:30 pm one day - crazy
Will never shop there again - cost us thousands of dollars and hours on the phone/sending emails to people who could care less if we got what we needed.

I went to this store today to buy a tool box. I asked a gentleman at the registers if he could get someone to help me as the tool boxes are located on the top shelves of the racks and I don't think Lowes wanted me climbing the shelves to get down my own tool box. He called over his radio for someone to come to the tool area. I waited 15-20 minutes and no one came. I then asked another associate if he could help me and he told me I needed to go find Carlos. I was like isn't hat your job to get Carlos. Needles to say I left without buying the tool box and I will take my business elsewhere where they actually train there employees in customer service.

Came in here looking for some lights for one of my properties in California since I didn't want to wait until Monday for home depot to get the item I needed, so came here and found what I needed. I had asked a couple of employees if they could help me and they were rude, made me feel like I was disturbing their conversations with their colleagues and then said we don't sell those so I can't help you, although I had asked for something similar. It was a simple 3" flush mount light. Anyways I go to pay, I ask the lady at the self checkout if they did military discount she tells me I need you ID so I can ask my manager, so I gave her my ID, the manager comes back and says I need to do it online, so I told her on the East coast where I live they'll bypass it especially since I rarely shop at Lowes. She goes I don't really care about your discount because I don't feel you deserve it. So I just paid my bill and left. Definitely never coming back to this store.

Plumbing dep is poorly maintained..couldn't find anything i needed which is kind of a blessing as the prices are simply insane. Its much cheaper to just order online even with the shipping cost included.
