Macy's is if "Quantity over quality" was a department store.
They carry a ton of brands, most of which only send their mid-grade stuff. For example, a Polo Ralph Lauren polo shirt from Macy's is NOT the same as a Polo shirt from an actual PRL store.
Gap, Banana Republic, Uniqlo, and even Old Navy— all offer far better clothing options, often for cheaper than Macy's.
Also, buy fragrances at a department store if your favorite pastime is being ripped off. ALWAYS buy them online, from a discounter.

05/06/24 today I was choosing cosmetics and a consultant named Joy helped me. The best consultant, she spent 45 minutes searching for everything I needed. Thank you for your attentive attitude.

Very bad customer service. I wanted to return a waist belt bought from the same store about 2 weeks ago since it was stretching when worn. The ladies at the cashier were very very unprofessional. They were giving various excuses and when I asked for a manager one even said she doesn’t have a communication device with her to call a the manager. Fortunately the manager came and accepted the return without any issues. Aren’t Store associates attire included the communication device? Are they allowed to work without it? Really hope the people who are responsible train these old ladies properly or let them go since these people are not really suited in customer care.
