Rude, out of touch owner. I was READY to purchase two large furniture items in his store - one listed for over 300. These two guys came into the store to ask if the owner bought furniture, he said no. I popped my head out and said, "I'm buying furniture!" And laughed. The guys in the store responded saying they were moving and had to sell their furniture quickly. I explained to them that they could use a service called offer up, or even something called BuyNothing if they needed to get rid of furniture quickly. It was all in good spirits, just trying to be helpful!I went to ask the owner about some boxes I wanted to look at and to tell him about the dresser I wanted to purchase, as well as the other dresser I was interested in. The owner aggressively berated me and said that if I ever come into a store and do business again, I'd get kicked out. I explained to him that I wasn't "doing business" and he proceeded to talk down to me like I'd made a fool of myself or wronged him in some way. I left, not purchasing anything.Words to the wise owner, don't be a total jerk to people. You don't even understand what was happening. This guy is angry at the world or something. Don't recommend this place, there are better stores to spend your money.

I walked in the store with my friend a couple weeks ago, and let me tell you the owner Madrid is rude beyond belief. After asking questions and offering deals on his items I had to deal with his terrible attitude and cranky remarks. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a vintage/antique store and was so disappointed with my experience. After dealing with his behavior for 10 minutes I left not wanting any of his items in my collection. Do not spend your money here there are way better places in the area.

A buddy and I walked in to this store and there was no greeting. There are some cool things in there but the owner or whoever that guy was has no manners and does not care about the customers walking through that door. We asked him to open a cabinet that had a lock and he huffed and puffed but he opened it. There was a wagon in there going for $45 and my buddy asked if he would be willing to let it go for $35 or $40. The man proceeded to tell us that we should go to salvation army to get things for dirt cheap and then pulled out his phone and pretended like he is calling the police on us. What in the world is up with the guy running this shop? Do not ever give a dollar to this store.

Walked in and was amazed by how much good stuff this shop had. They had so many great pieces of all types. I can't wait to go again.
