My family and I have been doing business here for 30 plus year. Last year the business was sold, the new owner increased the price of mail boxs to double the going rate. They have lost my mail returned important documents to sender in error. They have no clue and have even pissed of the local post office . I move to a new mailbox service and the didnt even know the right paperwork to file with the post office to forward my mail.

I've had a business mailbox here for 20 years. In May of 2022, the business was sold with no announcement to a completely incompetent lying idiot. I paid in full for my mailbox for 1 year in May. The owner QUADRUPLED prices in July & is trying to charge me retroactively which is of course illegal. I have a receipt which states that I paid for 1 year of service and I've had to have the same conversation with her more than 5 times. They don't take notes or adequate record keeping and are now violating the law by withholding my mail. The one thing you need in a mail receiver service is trust and reliability. This place no longer provides either of those things and is operating in an illegal, incompetent and unscrupulous manner. STAY AWAY!!! The new pricing is also outrageous and you can get comparable reliable service around the corner for a reasonable price that is more in line with what the prior owner was charging.The positive reviews here are for the prior owner/operator. This review and the other negative review that is stating a similar experience are for the current owner. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! THE NEW OWNER IS TOTAL TRASH!

We were box renters at this business for 21 years, and had no complaints. Then in April 2021 it had a change of ownership, and shortly thereafter, another change of ownership. Since that time its service has been abominable. We travel frequently, and in the past they'd always forward mail to us on the road (we'd deposit funds in advance for this). When we began doing international volunteer work in 2021, we left instructions to forward mail to our son once a month. But they never did this. It would take repeated prodding from our son to get our mail. And it became impossible to reach them by phone -- he'd always get a recording saying their mail box was full. Finally, we had a friend go see them in person, and put them in touch with us directly. Whereupon they sent us a bill saying that our box rent had increased more than THREE HUNDRED PERCENT. And they held our mail for ransom in an effort to force us to pay it, We decided to discontinue service, and sent them payment to cover the few months we were in arrears (at the old rate) plus an extra 20 dollars, and told them to send the rest of the mail to our son and that would be that. Instead, they pocketed the money and returned the mail to senders. Bottom line: a once-reputable business that has gone drastically downhill.

After 13 years, one is forced to change when a new owner takes charge who triples the price of a small box from 80.00 for 6 months to 135.00 for 3 months, and is combative, argumentative, unprofessional, disorganized and intentionally holds mail behind the counter instead of placing the mail into your box due to their lack and incorrect record keeping. One is left with no choice but to move on. No pun intended, I wish them the best. Good Luck!

Our company has had a mailbox here for a long time, and I have personally dealt with them for a few years. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences every time I come to pick up and pay our bills. There always tends to be parking either immediately in front or very nearby, and the service has always been very quick.
