I never write negative reviews but I feel compelled to here. I’ve never had custom framing done and it’s $$$, so I was quite disappointed when the ‘white glove inspected’ work was shoddy at best. In addition to tons of uncleared glue residue on every piece, one of the 5 had joints that were poorly glued and split open. This is despite the fact that every one has a signed inspection sticker on the back. They gave me a discount, which I appreciate and offered to fix the split one. It took a few more weeks. I finally got a call and upon inspection, it was better but the poster had a few wrinkles in it and pieces of string on the acrylic. I then found string pieces on the poster, under the acrylic. They offered to open and clean it and ultimately it’s fine. I appreciate their customer service but I will never go back. Small, mom & pop shops will be equal or cheaper in price but far better workmanship.

Perfect for arts and crafts price are good normally don't come to Michael's but I like this location lots of options for crafts and art

** Dogs Welcome ** ** on leash ** I called first to make sure this location was still Dog friendly. The team member I spoke to said Yes we are Dog friendly in fact we are SUPER Dog friendly. Which is music to my ears as they say. The store was crowded but manageable for a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Store was clean and organized for December right before Christmas. The team member I spoke to to find something was very helpful. They have self service check out terminals which made it faster. User error on my part I entered coupon code manually but a team member said you need to scan it to make it work. We parked as far away as possible as it is safer and easier to get Betty out/ in of vehicle. The whole parking lot was full except for a few spots facing side of West Elm. Fine by me to walk a bit to not hassle with parking. There is a long walkway bordered on right side (as you are headed to Michael's) with gravel and plants. Perfect spot to potty you furkid before going into Michael's. (See attached photo). The last time I bought ribbon it was $1.79 ha now it is $4.99. BUT sign up for Michael's emails/ texts to receive coupon codes like 30% off a regular priced item. Or you can google. Definitely recommend this location and we will be back.

This store was one of a few Michael's stores that carried the boho chic weekly white board planner. The planner as shown online should have included a marker/eraser combo and also a couple of cute succulent themed magnets. I purchased online and my oldest kiddo stopped by for pickup and drove the purchase home during winter break. This was a Christmas gift for my youngest daughter and couldn't wait to see it. Unfortunately the packaging had been opened and the magnets had been stolen. Tape was then put back on the packaging. 3 stars for the super cute board, but when you're doing online order pickup, make sure to check your merchandise!

Arrived before closing time which is 7:00pm on a Sunday....I understand it's 5 minutes before closing but just needed a return and was told line is too long....stay true to your closing time....deal with the line...

This was my first visit to this location. I had a great walk through the store very organized and most people were very polite. I headed for framing since I wanted to frame one of the prints I got at the 626 night market. Usually at Michaels there is a bell at the front and there wasn't so I raised my voice and asked if anyone was home so they could hear me in the back. This nice young lady comes out and is about to help me. Then this "manager" named Louis (not sure on spelling) comes out yelling 'next time use the damn button' or something along those lines. This shocked me and appalled me, I can't fathom the need to act that way, especially in a professional environment. To make matters worse, and this really isn't my business but whatever, the young lady seemed so timid in his presence almost like she was afraid of him. Hope she will be ok. I went to the front teller right after and asked her to please inform the store manager who I was told was a woman named Lou (apologies for misspelling)

You know when someone tries to sign you up for their loyalty program and you have to repeat your email/other info about yourself out loud and it's kind of a tedious process? When I came here, I was pleasantly surprised that when they signed me up, they had me write all my info on a sticky note instead! It took less time and confusion for both of us and I really appreciated it -- so smart! Then they ripped it up and threw it away so I knew my information was disposed of. I really liked this Michael's, the people were so nice and everything was easy to find. Definitely coming back here soon! Only leaving off one star because things were a little pricey lol

FUCK THIS STORE!! Their products are well overpriced so yourself a favor and shop at Amazon. All employees are useless!! Never want to help out and how another user stated it's all self-checkout. They're favorite thing to say is "are you paying credit or debit? Self-checkout is free". And when you do tell them you need assistance with something they get bothered. So why are you employed here? A woman with pink hair black rimmed round glasses was rude as fuck when we told her we had a question about their merchandise after asking us how we are paying and directing us to the self checkout. She asked with attitude what our question was and didn't even help us something else came out and helped. But moral of this review fuck these stores and it's all robot assisted, they are never stocked, rude customer service, and overpriced materials. Guess that's why they're always having sales.

It's self checkout now. There's only one register with a person and they will only help you if you pay cash and they are very unfriendly , abandoned by management who is still not hiring staff for this store . The store is mysteriously devoid of employees but if you are resourceful you can find cool things, especially go when they have 50% of sales, also ALWAYS use your Michaels coupon , go to google search on your phone and type michaels coupon and have that ready for check out. It's 20% off a regular priced item. You will use the scanning gun at the self checkout and scan it off your phone.....

This place is just bizarre--I've never seen anything like it: not a single employee could be found. I walked around with dozens of customers, looking for a person to help me, for over 30 minutes. There was no one up at the cashiers....! They were self-check-out. Finally I found where the safety pins should be, and they were wiped out. Again, no one to ask whether there might be a supply in back. That's the last time for me! I know of other Michaels where they actually have people in the store to help you.

Have you ever seen a man be rude to a pregnant woman? I never thought I would see this day. The manager Luis was insanely rude and just wanted to be a jerk because that's the only power he has. I see these types of personalities with people in management positions who think that's how it's done and forget about kindness and customer service. Shame on you Luis, you're a real ass.

I just went christmas shopping today 12/22/22 at about 12pm and had the absolute most shocking encounter with JARED, one of the cashiers. He forced us into the self checkout and refused to help us. I understand that they were short staffed and needed to help somebody else with a return. As i was scanning my items in the self checkout, i overheard him having attitude with the other customers he was helping because they didnt speak good english.. questionable... Its ok to have a bad day but not to take it out on minority customers.... laughing and making fun of customers while they are struggling is not ok. Jared needs a reality check of entitlement privilege and needs to be more grateful for his 20/hr cashiering job.

My husband and I saw the doors open with an employee out front. We pulled and asked if they were open. He replied "yes". We parked the car and walked to the door which was locked and the employee smiling at us. We will not do business with stores that employ jerks.
