I was there on 6/11/2024 around 10:38am to buy some Glow in the Dark iron on vinyl and the associate (I think her name was Lilac or something like that), and she was very patient and helpful with my questions. She rung me up, but she needed approval from management for the transaction and they helped me in a timely manner. I really appreciate workers who show they like their job and can engage with the customers.

Good customer service, however, a majority of the store remains consistently out of stock. I would suggest making the drive to the Studio City location, their stocking is much more consistent.

Some picture frames have no corner protection by default, and the cashier doesn't have any of those either. Also, no bubble wraps or anything like it.
