Three stars for the products the location has. It's a store. Good job existing, store. Other than that, it's kind of yet another hostile Walmart. People always think it's the customers, but from the p.o.v. of a customer, it tends to be the employees generating the negative experiences. ... Sometimes, it's the nonsensical policies and lack of true managerial power for policy making. What is the point of hoarding 20 motorized shopping carts in the customer service area if those are only meant for people who CAN walk? There's no blue zone next to the front door for loading groceries into a vehicle. Are people seriously supposed to bring their wheelchair in, transfer to the motorized cart, have someone walk their wheelchair back out to the car, shop, pay, ........................ and then what? transfer the items into a regular cart, go get the wheelchair from the car, and leave the store in the manual wheelchair and push a regular cart to the car? ... seems nonsensical to me ... and dangerous. The front area by the door is a red zone, so you really are supposed to use two carts and walk across the parking lot six to eight times, apparently. Assemble and dissemble the wheelchair twice. Okay, we'll try it that way next time. It sounds like twenty extra minutes just to get in and out of the store. Maybe, by that logic, you can just get rid of those twenty motorized carts clogging the customer service area, since apparently, they are not meant for anyone already in a wheelchair. Maybe(*), they're stockpiled at the front(*), because the people who need to use them(*) can't walk into the store(*) to sit down on one. (!!!) Okay. (* !) Also, I think the employees should mind their own business when I'm riding on the back of the chair to save aisle space as well as stay close to the rider's ear. We aren't over the weight capacity, and we do it at our own risk. I complied and got off, so we don't get kicked out. ... but honestly, we do it for several reasons, most of which are safety related-- safety reasons more realistic than the precaution of not riding the back. Of course, after i got off the cart, a shopper pinned me and hit my ankle trying to get by us. Cool. Proved our point quite well.

I will definitely never make the mistake of coming here again. Stopped here after work to get eardrops and I had to wait 10 minutes for an attendant to unlock the case because apparently they even have to lock up things like eardrops here, and then I had to go on a field trip with other shoppers, who had been waiting by the locked cases for things like deodorant, and not only do they have to unlock the case for you, but they have to grab the item for you and then escort you all the way to the checkout and run it through the checkout for you and then let you start checking out the rest of your items so it took me half an hour to do what should've been a 10 minute trip tops. Next time I will go somewhere that doesn't have to lock up the entire store as if it's a jewelry store or something.

These are some rude workers. I simply asked an associate to help me get a video game as he was helping a lady 6 feet next to us. He responded with "just go wait in line dude". Trying to save you two trips here buddy. Same video game was $20 less on Amazon so I just walked away. And these cashiers, oh boy, never seen anyone move slower.

Not a fan. But not just this Walmart. All of them. If I have to, this is the place to go. The sad part is they have pretty much everything you need. There's everything in Burbank, not to mention great food. So if you have to go to Wally World, come here. Earlier the better. Aisles were clean and the employees seem more professional than what I've experienced at other WM's. Just don't expect to buy aspirin or anything like that without a lock, a key and a special aisle to claim your requested items.

Barbara is the rudest clothing customer service attendant. I picked out 2 pieces of scrub pants and proceeded to the fitting room where Barbara had been eyeing me as she hung clothes up. I went to ask, "may I please try 2 on?" She immediately interrupted me and said, "NO! NO!! The fitting rooms have been closed for 4 years now!" I was literally surprised at her reaction but didn't react back. It's just disgusting to see her take out her frustration on the hatred of her workplace on her guests. Barbara doesn't appreciate her job, she shouldn't be given the opportunity to work when there are many others who would be thankful for the blessing of having such a job. That's me included. I've worked many retail jobs and have never spoken to guests with the word, "No!" This woman needs to be reevaluated mentally and given a drug test. She put such a bad taste in my mouth and this Walmart just lost a customer. Bad job Barbara!

This Walmart in Burbank at Empire Center is getting worst and worst. During the pandemic they limited their stock of most goods. Then all the goods were messy and misplaced. Then they slowly hiked their prices to match Target and other grocer retails. Then they started locking up socks, makeup, and health items. Today I discovered they decided to lock up ALL the vitamins!!! Who does that??!!! I can go the Target or CVS and get the same vitamins without help or seeing it behind glass wall. What kind of ridiculousness has this place put their customers?? I wish the FTC or the Atty General office was involved to admonish this nonsense!!! Walmart Burbank you have lost me as a customer !!!

Love this Walmart in Burbank. Service is usually excellent, most things are in stocks, and the parking lot has EV charging stations!

The receipt checker decided to stop me and hold me up and form a line of people trying to leave, there was an error on my receipt due to the self check out (I was overcharged by the way) but she arbitrarily and blatantly assumed something was missing from the receipt (basically calling me a thief) and I had the error corrected but still that was anxiety inducing. You are NOT LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO SHOW A RECEIPT BY THE WAY. Which everyone does, myself included. But if they're gonna be ridiculous then I'll give them 1 star all the way

Went to Walmart in Burbank for a small Radio. Went to the Electronics Dept and asked for help. The 2 sales people seem like i was not there. But would help much younger customers. I then as wanted a cabinet to be open, the Saleswomen opened it for.another customer who had been there after me and closed in after i told her what i wanted. This happen on 2/1 morning. Terrible service. I won't go there again and tell my friend too.

Worst ever Walmart, and I've been in quite a few. Sadly, it's the nearest one to me or I would always drive to Duarte. The parking lot is a crowded joke, the workers don't help you, but they have plenty of them like robots, straightening shelves. OH, and don't think you can try anything on...they said they have closed their fitting rooms for the last FOUR YEARS! The last straw was yesterday, when someone stole my cart with a dozen canvas bags in it (mine to use when I check out). You have to leave your cart out of the cosmetics area where they have now put all the hair color? WTH? I'm done with Burbank Walmart.

Is by far the best Walmart for selection of items. Great bakery and it's easy to find what you need
