We were a big party maybe 18. . Bvb ut food was prearranged. Service was good. Everyone had a good time. NO ONE even hurrued Us.

We had a delightful dining experience from start to finish. It began with a warm greeting by the hostess. This was followed by our server showing up promptly to take drink orders and the delivery of a warm, tasty loaf of bread. Giving us some time to imbibe our cocktails, our server checked in to see if we'd like to place our meal orders. Food orders were cooked as ordered and delicious. Our server stopped by frequently during our meal but wasn't overly intrusive. This was not an inexpensive evening, nor did I expect it to be. That said, I found Morton's to live up to the high standards of food and service I had experienced over the years of my visits.

Very cozy and intimate setting inside the dining room and the music wasn't overly loud or playing random pop songs. The service was fantastic; our server was quick and often with the drinks and checking on us. The food was hit or miss unfortunately. The table onion bread is amazing and I need the recipe. For the food we got the Valentine's Day menu: The iceberg wedge salad was good, nice 'n cold and refreshing. The Smoked Gouda potatoes were really good; they are Al dente though and may not be for everyone. The Creamed Spinach needed some seasoning it was a bit bland. The 28oz bone-in New York was ordered Medium. It came out 1/4 of the outside Well done, the next 1/4 was Medium rare, and the middle half was straight Rare. It was a chore to cut pieces that were small enough to chew and not very beefy flavored compared to other steakhouses. We got it topped with the Crab Imperial which was very tasty and succulent. The two cold water lobster tails were overdone and had to use the steak knife to cut; very salty as well. For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Layer cake, it wasn't very moist and crumbled apart. Very unfortunate considering the cost and the occasion.Parking: $12 for using parking structure but Morton's only validates half the cost. Ridiculous considering the cost of a meal there.

Burbank location. Food is sub-par for the expensive price tag and NEVER comes out hot. Been here several times. It's never a slam dunck with the food, which is unfortunate.

I was really looking forward to eating here, but I ended up being super disappointed. Everything just tasted kind of off, and the Seabass, which I was excited about, was a letdown. It was fishy and the texture was just not right. For the price I paid, I expected way better. Sadly, I can't recommend this place.

I avoid writing negative reviews but tonight our experience was very disappointing mostly because of the food.., we got several items that we weren't happy with but didn't complain about included ceasar salad, onion rings and corn soufflé. We just didn't want to ruin the night but 2 of our entrees had to go, both being the seabass. We did enjoy the oysters, fillet, french fries and the bread.

To start this review on this location I was debating between 4 or 5 stars. When it comes to eateries at this price point I have to consider my experience to value. Mortons does not disappoint I can tell you that much you may pay more but you pay for the experience and atmosphere of this location. Cleanliness 10/10 Food 9/10 will explain Bar 10/10 Service 9/10 The cleanliness was not a issue at all the tables chairs were flawless the only thing is the silverware did have water marks on them but this is mid level spot so that was acceptable I will expect polished forks if I am paying 500 a steak. The food was great I had the ribeye+corn soufflé+lobster Mac and cheese my meal was perfect I got a rare steak which came out perfectly cooked the corn soufflé was delicious texture could be improved had a bit of a grainy mush mouthfeel but the taste was on point. The lobster Mac and cheese was very good basic but satisfying. The only issue was with another member of our party which was about 12 total. A steak was ordered medium rare and was cooked over well done we verified with our server the order was placed correctly the food was overcooked and was addressed and fixed right away. The bar is the area which is a hit or miss I did not see a dedicated bartender and it was hard to tell if it was the server making the drinks or a bartender. The variety on the bar menu was diverse amongst liquor and spirit types. I had the "golden old fashioned" I can say that it may be one of the smoothest I have had in awhile that was not smoked. The use of maple syrup over the traditional Demerara syrup added a smooth characteristic to the whiskey. Service was perfect very attentive and on point even with the size of our party it was no issues.

Service was really poor. I often visit Mortons in Burbank, however our server was really bad. Took 15 minutes to get a glass and beverage. Bar was not busy, so not sure why it took so long. Food was good. I got overcharged for Salmon dish with something I did not order. After our order, the serve never returned to the table until she brought the check. Very strange. Then it seems Mortons has changed their parking issue and offers a limited validation. And to add insult to injury, the validation did not work and had to argue with security and pay him to open the gate. Overall, worst experience ever. I just advise future diners to just tip less to cover the parking extorsion. Nice place, but leaving the parking garage is a very unpleasant event.

Normally love this place. But this time We had to send two drinks back. Car chargers are restricted??? Can’t use them. Validation covers 30% of the actual parking charge which was not made clear at all. After spending over $300 for dinner having to pay the balance of a validation is a little irritating.

Wow, what a massive disappointment! Despite choosing this restaurant primarily for its convenient location, some of my colleagues at work had warned me that it was only average. We made a reservation for 7 pm on February 14 and arrived promptly. However, we were surprised to see that people without reservations were seated immediately ahead of us. When it was our turn, the hostess offered us a terrible situated table right next to all the traffic and looking straight at the faces of the people sitting across from us, leaving us feeling uncomfortably exposed under the bright light above. It being Valentine's Day, we were hoping for a bit more privacy and ambiance. Disappointed with this option, we inquired about a nearby table, which happened to be a booth.To our astonishment, we were informed that booths required a separate reservation, something that wasn't mentioned when we made our initial booking. When we requested another table, we were told that everything was fully booked, despite us noticing at least five available tables. It seemed absurd that these tables were somehow reserved by special request. Frustrated, we approached a second hostess, who explained that we needed to make a special request for certain seating arrangements, which felt unreasonable for first-time diners. Basically, we felt like the restaurant employees misled us, and we were worried our Valentine's Day plans would be ruined. The restaurant didn't even have a nice atmosphere or any special Valentine's Day decorations so we just decided to find somewhere better to celebrate. We ended up at the Smoke House Restaurant, just a 3-minute drive away. Despite a brief 15-minute wait, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated at a booth without any special request, and we thoroughly enjoyed the incredible food and ambiance. If you're seeking a delightful dining experience and wish to avoid disappointment, I highly recommend steering clear of this restaurant and spending your money elsewhere.

Our friends brought us here for our 35th wedding anniversary. We loved it! Even though it's been there for years, it looks brand new with quality high end decor, tables, chairs, dinnerware, and utensils. It has that fancy steakhouse vibe and even the diners were a classy crowd. The lighting is perfect, not too bright but not so dim that you can't read the menu. And service was absolutely fantastic. Our server was a class act. The food was perfection. We had great salads, sides and steaks - Caesar Salad, Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, and my favorite: Au Gratin potatoes. And Filet mignon steaks of course! The restaurant even gave us "on the house" the Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate flourless cake for our 35th anniversary which should be pre-ordered and takes 30 mins to prepare. We will definitely be coming again!

The food is good, and the service is excellent and fast. The ambiance is just right. Not too noisy, not too quiet. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. As well as the potato au gratin. We had the creme brulee for dessert, which was not too memorable. Parking is available in the basement garage, and you get a discounted price with validation.

Steak was disappointing did not live up to the brand promise. This was my second visit in 8 months and both steaks earned the same rating.
