Mary and Layla did my engagement manicure and pedicure, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They took so much care to make sure everything was perfect, from getting the exact shade I wanted to shaping my nails beautifully. Even though it was regular polish (high stakes!), they made sure it looked flawless and long-lasting. I felt genuinely cared for the whole time, and left feeling so happy and confident. Highly recommend!

My first nail tec was very personable but was forced to do acrylics which she wasn't comfortable with, they were very thin but she tried. Went back to get them redone after they broke the same day. I was met with a lot of attitude, was prompted to be charge for a take off when they were put on two days before. A nicer experienced tec took them off for no charge then took the up charge to gel x and went with it because I was afraid of the first outcome. Then the second nail tec rudely sat at the front waiting for a tip, which I gave here as intended. The receptionist was super accommodating.

In the pictures look at the nail polish one day after I went to this place. And you can see that broken nail, they gave me so much pain. I went there to remove my gel X, do not waste your money at this place, the lady cut my nail from the middle just by using the tools to remove my gel x. It’s been a month and I asked for money back. I have pain and my nail was bleeding. I’m going to upload some pictures so everyone can see it. And pay attention to the nail polish they applied to my nails. Next morning when I woke up I couldn’t believe my eyes, the nail polish was completely messed up. I went back there to talk to the owner which she wasn’t there, they took my number and promised me they are going to call me but that didn’t happen. I talked to a lawyer about it and waiting for the results.

Very bad decision was to come there. I have an important meeting next day, scheduled an appointment for a manicure. Came there they told me the extension specialist is not available so they told me to wait 30 min, after 30 min they call me and say that they are not able to do it. Very bad management I’m never using their service again. They didn’t even apologize and made it seam like my fault.

I always have quality service at this Nail Garden location. I am a creature of habit so I tend to go to the same person for my acrylic but usually get whomever for a pedicure. I always feel taken care of and they usually help me find new fun things to try as well. Additionally, the receptionists are so nice and always helpful. If anything changes in schedule or someone is running late, they let me know. It's usually not an issue. They can get pretty busy so I would highly recommend making an appointment rather than walking in.

Just brought my mom in to do a mani and pedi with Arlet and Hasmik , they were wonderful with helping her out . The receptionist Yasmin was also lovely with helping me find colors for my mom and making sure she felt comfortable because she has a hip problem. Overall great experience, first time coming in and will definitely be coming back!!!

First time at the Nail Garden in North Hollywood. I accidentally made an appointment at their other location in Burbank and they were able to accommodate me. Jen did an amazing job on my nails.. I had the dip service and pedicure..

I really like the aesthetic and layout of this comfortable salon, but even more, I appreciate the care and warmth of the staff. I love how my gel pedicure turned out. Evleen even adjusted the color for me when it was initially less purple than I expected. I'll definitely be back due to their care and attention to detail and how welcome I felt.

Friendly and chill staff - everything is clean and comfortable. Got a pedicure and gel manicure, both very professionally done. Wish I lived in the area, but would definitely come back and recommend!

My daughter and I came in and it was late in the day. Julie and Tamara agreed to stay and do my pedicure and my daughter's manicure. We are so happy with our nails. Tamara, the receptionist, was supposed to be leaving but stayed so Julie could do our nails. Besides doing an amazing job, Julie was so sweet and kind to both of us. She chatted, but not too much - just the perfect amount to make us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

After damaging my nails with cheap press-ons, I needed serious help. I scheduled an early appt on Saturday, right when they opened, and was booked with Julie for a gel manicure. I was pretty self-conscious, but Julie was so kind and reassuring that we could get my nails back on track! Not only was she so sweet, and fun to talk to, but she also explained every step of the process. As someone who loves to learn, I appreciated her telling me why she was taking each step. She explained everything she did to make sure that I had a long-lasting manicure, and that my nails would grow out nice and strong. She has such a wonderful attitude, and we had a great time chatting and joking. I left feeling so great, and so confident with my beautiful nails! I already have a color picked out for next time. She has a client for life!

If you desperate, okay to come back. One of the reviews about the yanking is true. The Asian lady just yanks your hands and fingers and she's not gentle at all. They use a grinder to remove nail polish instead of acetone. When the lady was grinding my thumbnail I think she hit a nerve. And I had to pull my finger back really quickly because it hurt. That has never happened to me before. The Armenian lady was good. She was very professional and more gentle. It's hard to find good service nowadays.
