This 5 star review is based on my over the phone experience with Tracy. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, extremely patient (had her go back and forth looking for products for me a few times ), and prompt with a return phone call. She immediately emailed me a receipt. I really appreciate her 10 star service and would give more stars if I could. I highly recommend calling and putting in your order over the phone at this location. She made everything so easy. Thank you Tracy!

I love Naimies. I do wish they were open a little later or Sundays! Sad they don't have Cover FX there anymore. Sometimes hard to flag down an employee if you need something but overall it's a great store with lots of options.

They're currently under construction so the full store isn't opened but a worker was able to go to the back and still grab items I needed!

The older man with blonde hair was exceedingly rude. He offered assistance, only to laugh and make me feel foolish for the question I asked. Consequently, I won't be returning to Namies, as this type of disrespectful customer service is intolerable , strongly sensed discriminatory behavior from him, especially when comparing it to how others were treated.

Arsen is extremely personable, knowledgable and always willing to help. I enjoy going to Naimie’s because any question I have Arsen is so willing to help and always recommends the best products. If one didn’t know, they would think Arsen is the owner because of the care his expresses. Thank you.

I am an actor and went into Naimie's to find make up to cover my tattoos before set and was greeted by a very thoughtful and knowledgeable young lady, Veronica. She showed me several brands and tested different products out on my arm. We then walked over to discuss options with a co worker of hers, a gentleman, Arsen Gegdzhyan. He knew what to use right away, as he is a special effects artist that has worked on many projects and has a ton of experience. He brought me over to an air brush station and started mixing colors together to get my EXACT skin tone (which I might add is difficult because I am fair skinned, have areas I'm more tan and a pink undertone). He got it to match perfectly and told me he'd finish spraying my entire sleeve just because?!!! Ummm excuse me, do you know how much artists typically charge for something like this? Anyhow, I was blown away by his above and beyond customer service and artistry and MOST DEFINITELY recommend coming here for any beauty related products, but especially to stop by for a consult or one of Arsens courses in working with special effects make up! He's brilliant...

I live very close to this store and I have passed by here countless of times but never went inside. Why? Because of the negative reviews so I thought why waste my time. Yesterday I was in the area but was too early to meet someone. This is the only establishment nearby so I decided to come in and browse around. Well, it's a good thing I did cuz it looks like the store improved a lot since the negative reviews. Lots of private parking spaces. As soon as I entered the store, I noticed the nice smell. Its a lot bigger than I thought. It's clean and the shelves are stocked. I saw several people inside but not a single employee aside from the two cashiers checking out customers' purchase. Until someone came to assist two other ladies. It's my cue to leave haha. I'll definitely be back to spend more time.
