Just stayed three nights. Overall it was decent. The morning breakfast was pretty straightforward. A decent variety of food. Wish they would have switched the items more often so every day was something a little different. The only do Waffles on the weekend, which is also a bit disappointing. The staff was very nice. The parking and the garage was OK but at one point was completely filled up. The elevators acted weird and would sometimes not take you to your floor. Several people made comments about the elevators doing that to them as well and when I notified the staff, they were already aware of it yet it appears nobody took any action to get it fixed. So, for example, if you were going to the fourth floor, it might take you there but not open the door and then come back down to the third floor due to somebody on that floor calling it. Kind of scary as we always hoped we would not get stuck in it. Hopefully they’ll get that fixed. The pool area was decent. The only part that was not cool was the fact that the pool is supposed to be open from 8 AM to 10 PM however at 8 AM they start cleaning it so it technically doesn’t open till 9 AM. I saw many frustrated people walk away with their bathing suits on in the 8 o’clock hour. Either open the pool at 9 AM or schedule the cleaning at 7 AM so the pool can open timely. I thought that was pretty poor CustomerService as there’s not too many amenities that they offer so when they do have one they should stick to the time frames given. Bring your own water as they charge six dollars if you open the bottle of water in the room.

I stayed here for w work trip about two weeks ago. I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby by staff. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The lobby was very spacious and the hotel has plenty of parking. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff cleans your room and it is very quiet. Very nice fitness room and restaurant. The ambiance is customer friendly.

Horrible, loud, and smelly. No secure parking, creepy basement parking. Paid $19 for it, which I wouldn't mind if it felt safe. SpringHill was literally awful ?

Nicely located, parking is costly but plenty available, service was terrible as some of the front desk could not care less for your basic request like extra towels. Giving lame excuses. Had to have Marriott corporate involved. Not staying there for sure.Walkability: Easy to walk to nearby food places.

Great location in Burbank, very convenient to the airport and the I5. The rooms are excellent SMS in great condition. WiFi was good, too!

Nice room with a large bathroom. TV channels were limited. TV remote did not work properly. The morning staff provided a great breakfast buffet with hot coffee and eggs each morning. Sides varied - bacon, sausage, home fries, etc. Muffins, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juice, cereal too. They kept asking if we had found everything ok. Thanks for starting our day off so smoothly.Safety: Seemed to be a safe area. Front doors locked at night for safety.

We stayed here for 5 days for our girls trip and it was excellent. The room was big, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and quick with any questions or things we needed. The only thing we didn't love is the tv for our room was placed far to one side of the room and not really viewable from the beds, which was strange. But we didn't mind, we didn't use the TV. The location is walking distance from several fast food and sit down places and not far from universal studios.

This is a convenient stay that's near Universal Studios. They have a pool and complimentary continental breakfast. I was kinda peeved that they didn't tidy our room in a timely manner and that they didn't refill the shower gel dispenser. Overall it's a nice stay and there's ample amount of restaurants nearby that's walkable.

At first everything was fine. When we wanted to shower I requested 2 wash towels and a body towel. They said it’ll be up soon but, we were able to order a pizza, have it delivered and eaten, and still no towels. So I went downstairs hoping they could just hand me some but again they said it would be up soon. Waited some more at this point I’m frustrated open the door and there’s a bag on the handle with 2 body towels. At that point I didn’t even want to have to call again. Then when I was helping with the pull out couch we noticed how dirty the mattress was and underneath it as well. The couch had stains and holes. There were crumbs, coins, and crusty looking crap, and a broken piece. Absolutely disgusting!? Needless to say it wasn’t slept on. Make sure you check your beds and the pullout sofas.

Unfortunately, will not stay at this propoerty again. Came down for Christmas and wife’s birthday with kids, had booked rooms is advance, but the property team took the chance to allot a handicap access room which I assume they have difficulties selling, and also poorly maintained. Being a lifetime platinum/titanium member and having been with Marriott for 20 years and also with whom I work closely as clients, very upsetting. While an upgrade etc during the season is not possible plus this property has no upgrade options, atleast would have expected them to assign decent rooms. Poor show Marriott. Only good thing was the location, but seem to be other better Marriot options within the same vicinity.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott for the most part! The good: The hot tub is huge, the breakfast is a good spread, and the staff was super friendly/helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bad: The mattresses are plywood. I am not a mattress snob by any means, but my back was killing me after the first night. Hard as a rock!!!Luckily there was a couch in the room because I had to sleep on that the second night.

The perfect place for a family meeting. The location is great and the hotel was super clean. The suite was big enough for two of us. We did have a squeaky toilet which we had to keep taking off the lid and turning a plastic screw to stop it. The room location was not the best. It was second floor near the elevators so it was noisy outside our door. Hence the 4 star review, but the staff, common areas and detailsamenities were just what we needed. Free breakfast was available (hot foods changed daily) and the bar was just enough to keep us inside and conversation going. Arika in the bar was fantastic and when we brought in food, she gave us water, utensils and anything else we needed. Bonus was the hot chocolate bar at night in the lobby with all kinds of add-ins. So many private places to sit and chat, even outside since the outside pool area is huge. There's an indoor parking garage for a daily fee. There's a great area to shop down the street and grocery and coffee the other direction.

Not an updated Springhill suites/rooms but the staff is smart, kind, and helpful! The breakfast was good but the restaurant for dinner is very limited...wings and pizza.
