I’ve shopped there a couple times. One time I went inside and was overwhelmed by how disorganized and crowded it was. Another time, had a few things and ended up leaving them because the line was too long. I’ve probably shopped there, one other time. I had a return today for a gift. I had the receipt but I was over the 2 month return policy, due to being super busy lately (hello, work, Kids, Bills), if you’re from LA you know, it’s a non stop day, everyday. Finally made it into the store and was completely disappointed by the lack of Customer Service. I asked for a manager and she was nice and explained the policy, but she showed how she lacks 100% Good Customer Service by starting to laugh with another employee as I exited. Maybe they weren’t laughing at me and more about the situation, but still so trashy and rude. I’d also think they would make an exception depending on reason for late return. It’s Nordstrom, not Ross. They definitely made it feel like Ross or worse. Then the Torta guy that was saying to the other employee, Oh it’s only 6? Rude Rude Rude. Train these People, they are Working, not at home hanging with their Cousins and Friends. I bet if I went in there with Stinky dress with perfume and no receipt they’d take it. Dumb me for showing my receipt and being honest. But yeah, keep taking things back from all the fraudsters that probably go in there and Scam the store.

Nordstrom Rack is the place to go to buy designer clothing at affordable prices. They have brands such as true religion, guiseppe zanotti, christian louboutin, balenciaga and much more!!!! Shop at Nordstrom Rack to be as fly as can be!!

A store that offers brand name products at very good prices (because they are out of season products). You find shoes, bags, glasses, clothing and many more items. I recommend it!

Haven't been to one for years. I went with my niece & her fiancé. He was looking for some shoes that normally are price at $150 but found them here for $99. Store was clean, organized and decently stocked.

Good place for a shoppjng. They need to add separate line for returns. Especially during holidays it is very busy and lines are very long. It is not convenient to wait 30 minutes just for one return.

We saw 25% off on boot for men and women, we decided to get UGG as a gift for sister birthday, we spent time like 2 hours to find right size and color. When checking out, no 25%, we asked and got answer that discount except UGG. We already spent time and need to get it as a gift, we did not have much time so we have to take it but it over budget with full price 159$ and after tax $172. I know my sister will be happy but what I was very upset that I wished they told in advance so that we could have time to consider another option that meet our budget. If we had known no promotion on UGG then we can choose another gift. It was like cheating. I do not know who is run this promotion campaign , please be honest and clear, you can trap clients once not twice.

This store in burbank not only so dirty and disorganized people who work there specially their managers are dirty and so rude. You should be very careful check your items in your bag after you paid here before getting out of store because they don't give it to you and egnor you if you try to ask for your items also they call their members come stand around you to scare you like bunch of gangs try to support each other . They stole my sons tie which he Paid by his money and instead of helping us and respecting their customers they asked us to leave so ludely. Shame on all of you for 20$ hurting my son.

If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. I would never come back and would not suggest this location to anyone. We recently bought a suite and tie for my little brother worth $380 and once we left the location we noticed that the lady who checked us out forgot to give us the tie. After a long drive back to the location another lady with black hair was brought up to speed about the situation. After a 20 min wait of her talking to the manager on the phone she said that there’s nothing they could do. Furthermore, another two staff members who seemed hispanic escalated the situation even more frustrating by telling my mother to be quiet and just leave. It’s not the $20 tie that we paid for and didn’t get that made us upset, It was the disrespectful manner and attitude of the staff members who ganged up on my mother telling her that she was lying and wasting 20 min of our time that was upsetting. Even when we wanted to speak to the manager they refused to help and said that it can’t be done and we had to leave.
