I ordered printer ink from Amazon last week and when it arrived I realized I had ordered the wrong kind (that’s on me). I initiated a return, Amazon prompted me to pick an Office Depot to return it to, and I selected this one. Over the weekend, my partner called on my behalf to confirm we could drop it off at this location. At first, he was told we couldn’t, but once I confirmed with the employee that we had the Amazon-generated QR code, we were told that we actually could.
We went by and Cornado told us that we couldn’t return it there. My boyfriend said we spoke to someone at this location who said otherwise, but Cornado insisted that person was wrong and said they need to do more training…
He was very rude to us, using a condescending tone and hand gestures. He barely let me get a word in, cutting me off when I was just trying to clarify the steps he told us to take with Amazon. He just kept repeating that “Amazon knows” that the stores don’t accept returns purchased through Amazon. Finally, my boyfriend had to interrupt him and only then was I able to get my question out. Cornado confirmed that my understanding was correct, we said thank you and left.
I usually don’t write reviews like this because I have worked retail/customer service jobs before and am empathetic to employees. I actually sat on this review for a few days because I was livid when we left and I don't like to write things in anger. I understand an employee cannot go against company rules or whatever the reason was, but he did not need to handle our situation with as much animosity as he did. I hope that someone sees this and can use this as a lesson for their training that they’re apparently lacking…?
I always try to end on a positive note so I guess one pro is that the parking lot was easy to access and had plenty of space.
TLDR; rude treatment while asking for help, never using this location again, but good parking.

Walked in the store with a box to create a label and ship out. The man standing by the register saw me walk in and speed walked towards the shipping area and said to me “ what is your question”. Instead of saying what can he help me with, I told him about creating a label and he quickly responded with “ no we can’t “ he saw I was surprised and said his excuse was that someone filled up the cart with boxes to mail out and was only able to create one label.
How was he only able to create one label but was able to fill up the cart ?
It’s not the first time I have a problem with him he’s always been rude.

The store hours are listed as 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I arrived at 8:40 AM on a Wednesday, but the store was completely locked. Approximately five other customers also came and left, unable to enter because it was closed. I tried calling the store, but received no response. There was one female employee inside wearing earbuds, and she appeared to disregard the customers waiting outside. Bad Customer Service

I stopped by this Office Depot in the morning to pick up some college rule paper. This store is a decent size so you'll likely find what you're looking for here. They keep the printer ink behind the counter now so be aware. I think I was their first customer for the day so it was basically quiet inside. A worker helped me find the college rule paper I was looking for.

I use the location in Burbank for color copies, and for comprehensive proofing for client approval. It would be cost-prohibitive for me to own a copier of this quality, given the tiny jobs I receive, needing a "print" in a digital age. I'm satisfied; Office Depot is part of my production cycle.

Great store! Clean and has everything your office needs. It especially useful when you need something fast.
I usually get paper clips, printer paper, and other paper organizing supplies. Great selection of Post It products.
Plenty of parking. Always easy to find a spot.

I had the best experience yesterday at the Burbank location with an employee named Janette. She went Above & Beyond her duties yo help me find some items. I love coming to this location because it's peaceful & always fully stocked!! Great store!!
