I stopped by this Old Navy to look at their jeans option. All my jeans are from Old Navy and I really loved their baggy jeans when they used to have it. Now the closest to that is their loose jeans selections. They only have 3 colors to choose from now and the prices are still a little high so I'll wait for a sale. The store is a decent size and organized nicely inside. The men selections are on the left when you walk in and the women are on the right. I found parking easily in the mall parking garage and had a great time looking around the store.

Employees are very helpful, nice and friendly)). The store is nice and clean and organized! Armash , who helped me at the checkout was a very nice and friendly employee!!

My mom needed to exchange about 9 t-shirts she had purchased in another old navy location . We got to this Burbank mall old navy located in the food court level about 5 minuets before closing. We saw a gentleman named Armen near the front entrance and asked if he can tell us where the T -shirts were . Not only did he greet us , but with a very pleasant attitude , walked us over to the table where all the shirts were very neatly placed . He then pulled out the size we needed in each color . He asked if we needed help with anything else . Then he showed us where the registers were so we can proceed with the exchange , where Paulina helped us out. Armen was very pleasant and extremely helpful . It's not typical to find such helpful sales associates these days anymore . Also , the store looked neat , clean and well organized .

I completed an exchange of clothing purchase. I was very satisfied with my exchange/purchase. The staff by the name of Erin demonstrated highly valuable and excellent customer service skills. Those values are hard to find now n days but I found them at this store. The manager who also assisted in my purchase was also very helpful. Overall the best Old Navy store I have been to. It is fully stocked and many options in clothing. Best customer service!!!

Found some great items for back to school shopping. The sales assiciate, Raul, was so nice and engaging. I ended up applying for and getting approved for a store credit card because it gave me 30% of my entire purchase. At first I said no Thanks but once he showed me the savings of over $70 i said what the heck and applied. I'll just pay the card off when it arrives. My daughter found a cute squishamellos backpack, my teen some graphic T's and my 6yo boy some pokemon and nondistinct shirts and shorts to his liking.Thanks Raul!

Your standard Old Navy. Most of the staff was nice and willing to assist. I had to go back the next day before flying out because the sales associate was preoccupied and didn't take the sensor off my items.
