I am leaving this late review because I don’t know why he still on my policy which is ridiculous because he’s horrible. Michael was my agent when I first signed up with Progressive in 2018. He told me that a fee was because of my driving past, however on my bank statement it was his commission. I don’t want anything to do with him and I blocked his number anyway. Why can’t you just tell me its your commission seriously like you’re doing the work. The fact that you lied about it makes me dislike you, distrust and think low of you. it was michael nassir

Let me say thank you so much for your help! I had a hiccup and called Juan, who I have dealt with from the beginning of my policy 3-4 years ago. I was so worried they couldn't fix it. But, he did his magic and fixed my autopay issue and i am a happy customer yet again! He went above and beyond! I cannot thank you enough!
