I love OTF! I've never done well in traditional gyms because I'd feel overwhelmed trying to figure out what exercises to do. But here at OTF there are amazing coaches that guide you through the workouts. I always feel comfortable asking the coaches questions if I have any and I genuinely look forward to the workouts because it's always something different. And the community is awesome. Everyone is so kind, positive, and you can truly come as you are! I've been coming here for over a year now and it's been the best decision in my fitness journey :)

Friendly staff, and the work outs are no joke. I always have a hard time motivating myself to workout, but it’s a lot easier at a place like this.

This studio is small but mighty! The staff are very helpful and friendly. I appreciate there being TWO showers here. As a person that works 8-5, being able to shower after my workout helps integrate a fitness routine seemlessly into my work week

The best trainings I ever had was at Orangetheory Fitness. The trainers there take into account your goals and interests in every workout and focus on getting the results you want and do it around your physical abilities. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, or just get in shape. I would go to Orangetheory Fitness again, because there I am not only helped reach my fitness goals, but also taught how to maintain them. I highly recommend building your body in Orangetheory fitness.

Ligit, coach Helen is a stud and won't go easy on anyone. I miss OT, but the classes are so limited that it's doesn't fit hard-working Americans' schedules. No matter what their status

Burbank OTF has been my home studio since 2019. In the past 4 years, I have attended nearly 750 classes at more than 15 different studios across different cities and states (your OTF membership allows members to attend classes at any studio in the world!). I have the Premier membership (unlimited classes) and typically take 3-5 classes weekly. OTF is my only gym and the Burbank studio is my favorite. If you aren't familiar with an OTF workout, let me break it down for you:1. On a single calendar day, the OTF workout at every studio across the world is identical2. Every day there of the year is a different workout (some are repeated, but never on consecutive days)3. Workouts can be in a 2G (two group format) or 3G (three group format) rotating between treadmills, floor/weights/strength, and rowers4. Every workout is styled to provide heart rate based interval training through 5 zones (GRAY/resting, BLUE/easy, GREEN/challenging, ORANGE/uncomfortable, RED/all out). The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories. With all of this said, one might anticipate that every OTF studio is the same. However, that wouldn't take into consideration the nuances of members, leadership of the studio manager, support and expertise of the coaches, friendliness of front desk staff and overall culture of each. I can say, without a doubt, that the Burbank studio is my favorite by a landslide. The front desk staff and studio manager know everyone by name and typically know everything from where we prefer to start our workout and favorite tread number. Each and every coach similarly knows our names, how fast we walk/run, how hard we row, and unequivocally are an extended studio family. Every coach is meticulous with transition time between reps and blocks (which is important!) and they truly play the very best music.Parking is always amply available in the adjacent lots and makes it easy to roll in for a class.

LOVE LOVE LOVE OT! And this location is so clean and the staff/coaches are very friendly. I have one suggestion/request that they switch up the music a bit more. I've been going for about 5 months now and they seem to have the same playlists in rotation. It would be awesome if it was updated and varied more frequently. Shoutout to my fave instructor Alex!

Each and every coach similarly knows our names, how fast we walk/run, how hard we row, and unequivocally are an extended studio family. Every coach is meticulous with transition time between reps and blocks (which is important!) and they truly play the very best music. Parking is FREE and always amply available in the adjacent lots and makes it easy to roll in for a class. Bo, the manager, has truly transformed the culture of the Burbank studio introducing opportunities for members to socialize, enthusiasm for the experience, and eagerness for member participation in challenges. She always greets you by name, with a smile and HUGE positivity. I love that she also loves the OTF workouts and she frequently takes classes at our studio with her husband. Alex is the head coach and is absolutely a-mazing. She knows what to say to inspire you and while some phrases may be cheesy... never fails to make you smile and laugh. I probably work the hardest in Alex' class because she will call me out when I am not doing my personal best, which I love (she differentiates based on member preference and won't call you out if you don't like it). Her music is stellar and is pre-planned from the walkup song that welcomes us into the studio, to cool down slow mix at the end. I have known Alex since she was at the front desk at OTF Glendale, attended her first class as a coach, and have never looked back. Thanks Alex for making my OTF experience awesome!Helen is a beautiful bright spot of joy. She knows my weight choices on the floor, my watts on the rower, and always knows how to make me push a little bit harder. While my schedule in studio doesn't align with her coaching schedule as often as others, her classes are always positive and uplifting. She frequently attends workouts and I love being in the same classes as her. She is a beast on all three stations and reminds me of what you can do when you put in the time, focus and energy. I especially love it when she leaves me an extra heavy weight on the floor for my rotation, or shows my how to use the bands to make a move a bit more challenging...not taking it easy today! Helen, thanks for the positivity!Travis is all heart and truly cares about each and every member. He is as authentic as coaches come, celebrating wins and inquiring about how he can best support you in reaching your personal goals. Several of my PRs on special challenges

Love orange theory fitness! This is the first gym that got me to enjoy working out. The workouts are fun and different every time, and they take all the work out of planning a good workout. The coaches allow you to work at your own pace while still motivating you to work hard during each workout. Would definitely recommend joining Orange Theory Fitness.
