Don't ever use this company. They are literally crooks and steal your money. There technicians are homeless who have no idea what there doing. Honestly the owner should be in jail This is 4 months after they re did our shower. And 5x they supposedly repaired it. Got our lawyer involved and gave them the option to refund us or go to court for 4x the amount. I was being nice. And guess what , Ian the big talker got scared and refunded me.

We purchased a beautiful old house, all original fixtures. But they were a little worse for wear. Pacific Reglazing came out, told us it will be a bit of a job, but guaranteed they could make them like new again....They honored that guarantee and then some! Our house is looking like a home! Thank you and we will highly recommend your services

I sent them a set of photos showing in detail everything that needed to be done. Then they emailed me the estimate. Then, their crew physically came to the house to inspect everything visually. I was told the estimate could go up a little bit. Then they had a couple of weeks to send me the revised estimate, as I requested. No estimate was ever sent. Then, they came on the day of the appointment and essentially doubled the price. That was enough for me. This is not an honest company in my view. JL, Los Angeles

We used Pacific Reglazing in 2015 to enhance the kitchen tile in our parents' home before we put it on the market. They did a beautiful job. Fast forward to 2023. We purchased a condo that needs a lot of rehabilitation. With costs mounting, we looked for a way to fix up a bathroom without replacing the tub/shower unit. I reached out to Pacific Reglazing. By phone and email they were able to assess the type and condition of the existing tub (fiberglass, in decent condition) and quoted us a price that was about 1/10th of what it would have cost to tear out the old and install a new tub/shower. Ian and Cesar were both very accessible and easy to work with. The work team, led by Fernando, came within the one hour arrival window they gave us (and even gave us a 15 minute warning call, which we had requested). The tub now looks clean and new! Due to their extensive tarping and masking, none of the new cabinets or wall paint were touched. I am very happy with the result. They are a first class operation.

Working with this company was such a great experience for me! Each of the people I talked to on the phone (Ian, Ron, Cesar and Liam), as well as the reglazing people who actually came out to do the work, were extraordinary. I am so happy to have hired them, and they saved me so much money. I purchased a home over a year ago, and it had two bathrooms with bathtubs and tile that were that old ugly color of yellow-gold and brown. I would have loved to have remodeled the bathrooms, but couldn't afford it at the time. My realtor suggested "reglazing" everything instead, which I'd never heard of. So I called Pacific Reglazers as well as another company to get quotes. Pacific Reglazers were so much more professional, and gave me a quote and a timeline I could live with, and expedited the work so I could move in quickly. What a difference reglazing made! Everything turned out smooth, fresh and white, and looked brand new!! In fact I love it so much that I don't need to remodel now. Fast forward to this month, just short of a year on their warranty. I noticed some of the finish pulling back up in a small area in my master shower. But as soon as I sent them a text with video to show what was happening, they called me to book time to repair it - at NO CHARGE. I just read some of these other reviews and they don't relate to my experience at all. The workers were super professional and masked everything off completely, so there was no "dust" left anywhere. My bathrooms were cleaned and tidy when they left, and they had also reinstalled the shower door. After it was dry (I waited a couple days) I simply removed the paper and plastic they had used to mask the area they didn't want sprayed. Everything turned out beautifully, just like I'd hoped. I can't tell you how thrilled I am with this company. It's wonderful to work with people who care and who are meticulous and ethical in their work. I highly recommend them!!

We have used Pacific Reglazing for a bathtub and three or four times over many years for the same sink. Overall, the workmanship has been fantastic. The last reglazing of the sink had some problems and it was taken care of so it is again perfect. Great company great communication, great service.

OK, so the worker shows up on time (YAY) in a $50,000 Toyota TRD PRO crew cab truck, I'm thinking (cool the guy makes enough to afford a $1000/month truck, he must be good) and he speaks English clearly (YAY). We look at the Tub/Shower together and I ask him a couple of questions; how long will it take, etc, etc...He tells me that I have to leave the house for 5 - 6 hours, which I understand, it's probably a company policy so there aren't any problems due to the strong odor of the "Glaze". He then starts bringing in his tools and setting up (I have been in construction for 30 years so I know what to expect) He then asks me if I can take everything out of the room so it doesn't get dusty or sprayed, I ask would it be ok if I cover it all with plastic, he says yes, so I start putting up plastic, my wife had just taken an hour long steam bath or as she calls it a shower and the tape isn't sticking to the walls, so I improvise and make sure that ALL of her area is covered with plastic. He then pulls out a 10" diameter tube with an inline fan and runs the tube from the bathroom out to our patio. He called it "THE EXTRACTOR" and told me it would take all of the dust (from the 10 minutes of sanding) out of the bathroom (and blow it onto my patio I'm thinking). He starts sanding and I'm thinking ALL of the other jobs I've seen they always remove all of the finish plumbing stuff before they start sanding (misunderstanding #1it's extra) and the shower door frames (since their going to be replaced also extra) that's another entire misunderstanding that I eventually cleared up, (with $200) anyway . . . I have seen many re-glazing jobs over the years and when they sand the existing fiberglass it usually makes a lot of dust, so at first I thought that this "EXTRACTOR" must be an impressive and powerful machine! . . . It is NOT, there was white dust (petroleum based resin, Bondo and who knows what else from a 60 year old low end apartment fiberglass tub enclosure) in half of my apartment and this is the master bathroom Soo. . . yeah. I then left thinking well he must be really good at spraying the gel coat so I'll just deal with the dust and chalk it up to GOD telling me it's time for a good spring cleaning. After a couple of hours he calls me and tells that he's finished and I can't go back in the apartment for 5 - 6 hours from then, and it's like 1 pm now and I have been gone since 10:30 in the morning! with my 20 year old cat that doesn't like the car or her napping routine interrupted! So it turned out that spraying the gel coat finish was NOT his strong skill, the finish was terrible and I'm not going to go into details this is already to long, so I have included photos. (of the 1st visit and the 2nd "repair" visit). With 30 years of experience in construction this ranks in the top 10 of the bad job list and it's the apartment I live in!! (the final approval was from the apt. manager) One positive thing I can say is that apparently there's a very skilled guy in the company named Carlos most of the positive reviews have had his name in them so if you are going to use this company (WHICH I DO NOT ADVISE) ask for Carlos I can hardly wait to see what the warranty experience will be!!! (I'm sure it won't be long)

What the heck happened? I am an apartment owner and had used Pacific Reglazing for what I estimate was 14 years (maybe longer), and probably for around 30+ jobs.Over the past few years not only has its customer service gone from marginal to poor, but the quality of its product has failed in so many of my jobs that I am spending thousands of dollars to have the jobs redone by another company. You might ask why didn't I complain and ask for help from Pacific Reglazing? I did. I sent pictures of peeling finish. I had other pros out to look at the work. I sent numerous polite requests to the operations manager to visit the sites. He went once to one jobsite a year ago and then pinned it on abuse. The samples I showed to the consulting finishers said the problem was that the new glaze was applied directly to the raw base of the fixture, and after being etched and acid washed, a base coat of primer should have been applied before applying the finish coat. Pacific Reglazing may disagree. But, I'll never know because my calls and my manager's calls have gone unreturned by a ratio of 3 to 1, and I cannot recall a single return to my emails.I tried to reach the company president, but was told the President comes into the business just a couple of time a year. So, the highest I was able to get to write to was the Operations Manager whom I just recently learned is married to the President.I once used them for convenience because they could get the job scheduled and finished. Please let me assure you there are other firms out there who are responsive and take pride in the job. Also, they value their clients. Thanks you.

Having worked with this company over the last 12 years it's generally been smooth sailing.I really appreciate the help Ron and Ian are providing on any challenges that may arise from time to time.Carlos Mex, along with my several other favorite go-to technicians and Pacific Reglazing is still one of the very best glazers in town!Thank you for your years of quality service. As I mentioned, Carlos Mex is the very best Reglazer he is our favourite. We have not had any problems that have ever required him to return to correct the glaze. He takes great care and time in preparation, stripping and putting the new finish. If I have leeway to schedule the job I will always wait for Carlos Mex's schedule to come available. If not, I would also recommend Fernando Mex or Julio who was trained by the Mex's.Also thanks so much to the office staff, Ian & Ron. We have tried other companies and their product just does not hold up and last like Pacific's, which is very important in an apartment Building.

There was a time this was a good company that provided excellent service and craftsmanship. I'm afraid that is no longer the case. Unsure if the company has changed ownership I know Ron is still there, who claims he's not the owner of the company, but I'm sure he's related in some form or fashion. I would not recommend this company to reglaze anything as they do not care about their work or craftsmanship anymore. Their work ethics and customer service, is very poor. The price is high. The end result is unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this company you would be taking a chance and it's just not worth it any more.

We own numerous apartment buildings and have given Pacific Reglaze a-lot of business. I have had two "no shows" in the last few months. Ron and Cesar in customer service have had no explanation for being blown out. Consequently our projects have been delayed and we have lost money. In addition, on one recent job I had my handyman pay on site with our company credit card. Subsequently, I received a threatening email from the company stating that if the bill was not paid there would be a penalty fee and possible collection. What a joke! I recently requested from Cesar that the owner Ian call me directly to explain....I've only received calls from Cesar.I do not recommend this unorganized and unprofessional company.Ian...I expect you to write a defensive rebuttal to this review like you seem to do on all the critical reviews!

Ok I used this company before and wasn't fully satisfied. I wrote a post being truthful of my experience and thought ok it's Covid times I need work scheduled something with Ron for an apartment. Then he calls be back and said oh your file is blocked and we're not going to help you. Ok I guess because I was unhappy in the past the company is holding a grudge. This is the place the isn't looking for business or looking to own it when they make a mistake. You want to find a place that will appreciate your business...my recommendation is keep looking.

Never, never, never use them. The paint will crack and come off shortly and they will not fix it even after 100 calls. Only stupid excuses.IAN is number one imbecile in the company.
