Best pharmacy in L.A. John and his team are absolutely the best. I live downtown but still travel to Burbank because of the 5 star service. Excellent.

This store is price gouging! They have marked everything up and the things that are the most expensive (like the produce) they conveniently don't have a price listed. This drives me nuts. At least post the price.

Horrible customer service, was ignored without any care and consideration by cashier Martha, who instead of apologizing acted very confident in mistakes she made. If you are buying something please make sure to check your receipt otherwise they will overcharge you and if you are returning something then you are no longer a customer anymore. If I could i would give 0 stars to this business.

The best service in town! They are thorough with your medication and get you the best price. I hope they opened up with longer hours.

Yesterday I went to the pharmacy of this store/market, to receive a Covid boostershot. It was an excellent experience. The service was polite and very attentive. The place was impecably clean. I was provided with a very comfortable chair, privacy, and the opportunity to ask questions. It id not my favorite thing to be vaccinated, but the experience was as pleasant as it ever could be. I know, for in the last few years, I have received more vaccinations than ever before. For each vaccination I have scheduled, I have gone to a different pharmacy. All of them have been located somewhere in the San Fernando Valley. The differences between these various pharmacies, in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and professional behavior by the person who administered the shot, has been a real eye opener. This particular pharmacy stands out in a very positive way.

The Pavilions on Alameda in Burbank is an excellent location to shop for groceries. They have an outstanding selection of bakery items, prepared foods and homeopathic medicines. The store is spacious, clean and well staffed. .

Same as before, it's a gamble. You may have to look up the next closest store if you need to finish a basic shopping list, that's what I had to do this time for 5 items. One of the items was simply unsalted peanuts.

I come here once in a while for the cheese. They have variety of seasonal artisan cheese and I purchase it for my business. It's always organized and clean. Big store with a lot of products. Even their wine selection is huge. Customer service is ok. Large parking lot

Overall clean store, well organized, but staff is always rude and not helpful at all. They built an area to hold all of the expensive liquor and it's always locked. Problem is nobody seems to ever have the key. I spoke with the supervisor, Sonny Sandoval, and he said he didn't know why it is always locked with no keys around and he really didn't seem to care. He just shrugged his shoulders like oh well. Thanks Sonny! Just continue to remind me of why I rather shop anywhere else but here. It's overpriced as is. Go to Ralph's and save yourself a headache. They actually have nice employees and reasonably priced groceries.

First off all of the prices are way higher than any other grocery store. You are better off going to Ralph's in Studio City... much cheaper. My main complaint is the meat section. This location's meat is priced higher than anywhere around so you think you are getting high quality. You are not. I bought a pound of ground beef on Sunday, by Wednesday it is gray and smells. I buy a pound of ground beef on Sunday from Ralph's, fresh for at least a week, as it should be. I bought a ribeye from Pavillions on a Saturday, it smelled spoiled by Tuesday. A friend of mine and a former employee of Pavillions told me once to always check the dates on food at this location. And even then they may not be right. My only other beef (no pun intended) is the gentleman who oversees the alcohol section. Way too cool for the common shopper and a bit too creepy to have your daughter around. Long story short, spoiled meat and creeps.

The employees in the service deli no longer change gloves in between tasks.I asked the dept manager to change gloves before slicing my deli meat because I had just seen him emerge from the storage locker and put his hands on a dolly to move it. He didn't change gloves because as he explained "I just put these on". So is the protocol now to only change gloves every 15 minutes or something? I find it very unhygienic.

I love the staff and the store is beautiful! We love the pharmacy and staff! Unfortunately the ads no longer come to your house. You have to go on line which is a hassle and impossible for older folks. We only use pavilions for the pharmacy. The Vons and Albertsons ads absolutely put Pavilions to shame and their the same company! Definitely a corporate blunder.....
