Our two boys, Cody and Brody were treated to the most amazing grooming at Pet Haven Grooming. The care and attention given was exceptional and our two boys came out happy and well cared for. I highly recommend this outstanding pet groomer and we will return.

There aren’t enough words for me to say how much I love this place. I’ve been their faithful customer for I want to say 5 years or more and I can honestly say I won’t be going anywhere. William is the groomer we love and trust with our babies. He’s patient, kind, and loving. We began with entrusting him with Eevee and then when we expanded our little furry family we knew exactly who we wanted to groom Arthur. There’s not one unkind thing I can say about them, from the receptionist to the owner. They all love my babies like if they were part of their family.

Horrible grooming do not TRUST !!!! I lost my shitsu Maltese cause they touched her mole made it bleed took it to the vet starting having issues they admitted that it happened nothing else was done . No no no !!! Please save ur pets and very expensive !!!

It was fisrt grooming for my adult adopted cat, and she feels soooo satisfied! Thanks for all team of Pet Haven, she was not stressed at all. We will definitely come again❤️

My little Spike needed an urgent visit to the groomers, so I called Pet Haven and they were able to get him in the same day! Spike is a little Yorkie and has had some unpleasant experiences with this other groomer my grandpa used to take him to, so I was praying he’d enjoy having a different groomer this time around. Right when we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comforted by the staff! When I picked spike up, he seemed happy for once leaving the groomers! Not to mention he had the best cut he’s ever had and now looks adorableeee! While it was a bit more pricy than the old groomer we went to, you get what you pay for and I can confidently say Spike got quality service at Pet Haven. We can’t wait to come back again for his next visit! Thank you to Cat, from me and Spike!

Our Archie is deaf and has a tendency to have a lot of anxiety going to the groomers and the Vet. He's displayed the least amount of anxiety at Pet Haven. The staff there are so warm and loving and I especially love that the dogs are groomed where one can see them. We won't take our beloved Archie anywhere else. I'm so happy that my daughter-in-law found this place.

My Penelope was going in for her first grooming … I called on Father’s Day I was greeted by the owner. Who was very informative and helpful we found a suitable time and the appointment set.
When I walked in at the appointed time and day everyone was so friendly and Marlin promptly took her and asked some questions. Explained what the process would be. As a first time pup parent this was so helpful.
Penelope came out in 2 hours looking stunning! Marlin made suggestions and made notes about Penelope. Penelope was happy to see me, was absolutely fine, even almost sneaked back in to elongate her “Spa” day.
Truly a great collective- from owner to Marlinto the other handlers and front desk a fantastic experience. If you’re thinking of trying them don’t hesitate simply go your furry friend will love it! ?

I’ve brought our cat here for grooming a few times and never had any issues and she always seems just fine after and smells like a rose. They even always give her a little bow or bandana. Super nice staff. You can trust them with your pets!

I brought in Dido for a nail trim and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Sensing she was a little anxious, the young girl tended to her right away & also let me hold her while she did it which kept her calm. My sweet girl was very grateful for the kindness they showed her & believe the next time she comes, will remember how nice they were to her the first time

I've been turned down by many groomers due to my senior dog's fussy behavior, but Pet Haven was very understanding of my dog's situation. Super warm and welcoming atmosphere with amazing customer service. Definitely recommend!

This business is running some sort of scam because every time I brought my dog for the SAME service, they would charge me differently. I simply assumed they had upped the prices...however, one of the groomers suggested we bring my pup in between cuts for a wash and brush in order to avoid her hair getting knotted. But when we brought her in they charged us the SAME price as when she gets a cut and teeth brushing!!! And the scheme didn't stop there, when the woman was telling me the price she said $90 but then I saw her put into the card machine she put $100 WITHOUT INCLUDING TIP! This place is horrible and they're definitely just trying to steal money.

They were AMAZING with our dogs! To make the appointment for both dogs nails being trimmed was easy. Just a simple phone call the picked up and it was done. I couldn't say enough things to express how kind and wonderful they were with our dogs. I brought both of them for a nail trimming. Our newest hairy family member is a rescue dog. His nails were so long and they were able to trim them down a lot. They were gentle with him when I told them his story. He was comfortable as she trimmed his nails. She was gentle and patient with him. Our senior dog even though he is big he is a nervous dog. She kept him as calm as anyone can. I recommend Pet Haven Grooming to anyone who will ask me for a great place to take their dog. I was recommended on Facebook from numerous people that this is the best place in Burbank. I am so thankful for them to recommending Pet Haven.
