“It took 5 minutes to get my prescription. The service was great and I transferred my parents prescriptions here. No more waiting in line for 30 minutes just to pick up medication. They also have free delivery right to your door. Additionally they offer covid vaccines and flushots. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain all medications thoroughly. I highly recommend 911 RX for all your pharmacy needs.”

“Honestly, major shout out to this location! I decided to come in on a coupon frenzy to be the next crazy coupon lady and the staff was unbelievably patient and helpful! It's so rare to get that kind of kindness these days, it really was appreciated for my first time trying to figure out these coupons and savings! I saved so much money and they even suggested a few tips for my next visit. They had a lot of products I needed for my discounts so the stock was great! Can't wait for my next haul!”
“This is for the bakery and Rebecca who helped me! I have to say Rebecca went above and beyond to make my daughter’s Bluey cake so special. They didn’t have the Bluey characters but she had her husband go and get them just so she could make my cake. She went out of her way to make this cake for her and I’m thankful. “This pharmacy is outstanding, both from a selection, value, and customer service standpoint. After moving to Burbank, had been using the CVS pharmacy on Victory and Buena Vista. That pharmacy has a lot of rude staff members and the head pharmacist cancels prescriptions without explaining the reasons to you. But the Walgreens on Magnolia is great. It's very well-run. The staff is efficient, friendly, and responsive. If they can't meet your immediate needs, they will tell you who might be able to help. I can't say enough good things about it. And I'm a pretty demanding customer.”

“This place is a such a contrast to CVS or Rite aid. You can get a real person on the phone quickly, and they call you if they have questions about insurance or prescriptions, etc. Jonathan is great and he even printed out some of my previous receipts from months back so I could get a manufacturer's rebate. There are other helpful staff but I can't remember the names right now, even one who asked how my migraines were doing. The only drawback is having to deal with the Costco parking lot, but for the pharmacy, it's worth it.”

“One of the better pharmacies in entire valley area over not just CVS but Walgreens & rite aid. Shelves are always stocked, there's no feeling of quiet quitting by employees & no fear of smash and grab. However; certain staff in makeup & health and wellness area, which takes up entire left side of store and front left section, seem to have power trip & practice no discretion in blatant prejudging of customers who may not look good enough to their standards & thru misaligned bias & antiquated stereotypes; who find it professional being short & snarky with responses to questions & due to the narrow minded & inauthenticity of their opinions being created by their echo-chamber, stalk & monitor discriminately paying patrons like a prison yard. Immediately before any interaction nor displaying any type of suspicious behavior, just thru prejudgment & ignorance feel they need to act out their failed life goal of being bodyguards or private security & rudely command, uncomfortably hover near & linger. Besides that irritating socially defective human, it's nice.”
“Not only is this CVS Pharmacy easy to navigate and a friendly neighborhood store, but this CVS's Optical is fantastic. I had a disability and used a walker in the store, and when I went by the optical aisle, the optical staff went out of their way to help me find items I needed in the store, even though they didn't have to do this, as they were in optical. They gave me some giveaways from the optical department and made sure I was comfortable in the store. They have heart and compassion, and based on that alone I would highly recommend them.”
“Good neighborhood pharmacy, which has good prices and fast service. They also deliver your medication if needed. The staff are prompt and polite. It’s good to support the small business who stick around when the big box stores want to close shop at the first sign of challenges.”
“Meant to post the following after my first visit: Melissa, Alex, and Adrian's professional and kind demeanor is the reason why I recommend and will come back to this Walgreens location. Another Walgreens refused to see me for an appointment because I was more than 15 minutes late (not a corporate policy from what I have seen). Despite communication and timing issues, Melissa, Alex, and Adrian saw me and helped make an already difficult day a bit manageable. From my more recent visits, it seems Shelton is always the one to help me. He is always super friendly and kind. Overall great service at this location and hence I keep returning!!!”

“Do NOT get disposable photos developed here. I gave CVS my disposable cameras, and they returned with not only photos missing, but also half a deck of someone else’s photos. They have no way of contacting the distribution center so those sentimental memories were gone.
The saving grace was the on duty manager and employees here. They were absolute gems and were as nice and helpful as they could be about the situation.
Great employees, that’s what I give 4 stars to the store. However, 0 stars to the photo development service.”
