They're quick with filling scripts. They provide excellent service from start to finish. The experience with KD Pharmacy is SO much better than the dealing with the pharmacies in CVS, Rite Aid or Walgreens. I'm happy to support a family-owned business and local pharmacy over large corporate pharmacies. There's a level of care and service that cannot be matched. They are open from 10 to PM, Monday through Friday and have plenty of parking.”

“It took 5 minutes to get my prescription. The service was great and I transferred my parents prescriptions here. No more waiting in line for 30 minutes just to pick up medication. They also have free delivery right to your door. Additionally they offer covid vaccines and flushots. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain all medications thoroughly. I saw how the The whole staff was phenomenal and how They were there for him anytime he needed help with his medicine or getting in contact with his doctor. “This pharmacy is outstanding, both from a selection, value, and customer service standpoint. After moving to Burbank, had been using the CVS pharmacy on Victory and Buena Vista. That pharmacy has a lot of rude staff members and the head pharmacist cancels prescriptions without explaining the reasons to you. But the Walgreens on Magnolia is great. It's very well-run. The staff is efficient, friendly, and responsive. If they can't meet your immediate needs, they will tell you who might be able to help. I can't say enough good things about it. And I'm a pretty demanding customer.”

“This review is long overdue. I just have to say I was hesitant to call Walmart as I have never used the pharmacy from here before and well, to be honest, I try to avoid Walmart due to how packed it always is, however I'm so glad I called (9/29/23) and went with them for my sons medication. Walmart pharmacy was literally the ONLY pharmacy near me that had DYE FREE amoxicillin (I had called cvs, rite aid, Walgreens etc). When I called I was greeted and helped by Nairi who was the sweetest & most helpful pharmacist I have ever encountered (literally). I usually have never had pleasant experiences with other pharmacies or pharmacists so I have never been one to leave a review until now. Nairi made it possible to get the dye free amoxicillin and made it easy for me by contacting CVS to transfer my sons prescription over and on top of it all she called me back PROMPTLY to let me know the medication would be ready right away for pick up. I was so shocked as usually in the past I've been told that I have to call to make the transfer and blah blah. She was a life saver. I'll be using Walmart pharmacy now for future medications. Thank you Nairi!!*****If your debating using their pharmacy please do. Obviously they have stepped up their game considering that all the bad reviews are from 4+ years ago!*****”

I'm here every few months for my prescription and every time I call they have it ready within an hour or less. They also offer delivery although I personally have never utilized it. “Honestly, major shout out to this location! I decided to come in on a coupon frenzy to be the next crazy coupon lady and the staff was unbelievably patient and helpful! It's so rare to get that kind of kindness these days, it really was appreciated for my first time trying to figure out these coupons and savings! I saved so much money and they even suggested a few tips for my next visit. They had a lot of products I needed for my discounts so the stock was great! Can't wait for my next haul!”

Aisles are nice and products not misplaced in different aisles like the Buena Vista and victory store as it seems it's done intentionally by the go back employees who just toss products at wrong aisles as even seen perishable products hidden in shelves of wrong aisle but not with this store. No complaints about this store and there even hip to if there's excess customers they will open a checkstand.”

“This place is a such a contrast to CVS or Rite aid. You can get a real person on the phone quickly, and they call you if they have questions about insurance or prescriptions, etc. Jonathan is great and he even printed out some of my previous receipts from months back so I could get a manufacturer's rebate. There are other helpful staff but I can't remember the names right now, even one who asked how my migraines were doing. The only drawback is having to deal with the Costco parking lot, but for the pharmacy, it's worth it.”
